That's interesting... Chrome is working indeed. But it fails with Internet Explorer and Firefox.

The user agent is a little string send by your browser that identifies it. But I have no idea why iTunes blocks certain browsers.

That would just save the HTML page of iTunes if you don't have the correct user agent.
