You know that students get a free 3 year license from autodesk for all their products? ;)
Yeah I didn't know until just now! Totally going to get a copy of all their software that's worthwhile

(Though, isn't that like ALL Autodesk software? Looks like I'm gunna need a new HDD XD)

This morning I wanted to increase my compositing skills. I think I've overexaggerated the sampling density of the lighting. It renders for 30 minutes and it's not even close finish with the Global Illumination. It will take hours!

I recently saw the "Dragon challenge" tweet and thought it would be more interesting to create a paper Toothless in Blender instead of the old-fashioned way of printing and cutting real paper:





Not sure what I've gained from that, but at least I didn't feel like a toddler while creating this. It was surprisingly fun and challenging, actually. :D
