Hey guys, as a senior I have free reign in my high-schools metal shop, so as a project I decided to re-create Hiccup's prosthetic leg, so I hope you enjoy! Feel free to leave a comment, I am always happy to explain how I made it.

You need to remove your left foot first.

That's so awesome! Go you!
Is it functional? (As in is it moveable like Hiccup's or is it fixed in that position, not is it able to be used as a Prosthetic leg xD haha although saying that I know what I'll be using if I ever lose my left leg)

It is fixed in place because the grain of the wood makes it fragile.

I believe it is ether oak or maple, I could not tell, it was scavenged from a old 4x4, but it had been sitting in the wood shop for over ten years, so i could not be so sure.

Wow...pics of projects like this always make me wish that I had more artistic talent. My talent comes in writing...and I guess I have some musical talents too.
Coming Soon!!

Neat work! Did you make it out of steel? And how did you get that worn-down look to the stock? It looks like the back is welded - did you do that yourself?
