I decided to create this topic so I wouldn't clog the HTTYD gif topic

I learned how to make these like a month ago. They're not the best quality and many of them still need tweaks.

This is what I have been working on this week.

These took longer than expected. Not the best quality (to fit tumblr's picky size limit of 1MB)

The words that appear are synced to the song. It’s not perfect, but close enough, and sometimes the computer lags, so… anyways.

Those are really good!!!!! I listened to the music in the background and it's just so perfect!

I drew the by myself, so of course it's not exactly the one in the movie.

Yes, and also the words and the gif in general

Making GIFS using GIMP It's a little tricky though.

Hopefully this will help you XD

Also, for the syncing, I just flipped from the song to the gif and counted the approximate frame length for the empty frames. It was a tedious thing to do, though.

I might try the Gimp thing one day, because why not XD

I don't think I'd have the patience to count the frames XD
