This is my second drawing and I'm pleased with how the water turned out. What do you think??

Feel free to give me constructive criticism and advice!!

PS: I'm still searching for the right colouring program. Any suggestions?

Great job :) How's PaintTool SAI? (I've used the trial version once.)

People seem to prefer SAI for some and Photoshop for others. SAI isn't free, Photoshop isn't, but CS2 is though (but you need an Adobe ID). GIMP is free, but GIMP tends to shift more towards photo editing than actual painting. There are other alternatives, such as Krita and Verve (I've tried both, Verve is lagging on mine, Krita has lots of brushes but not enough options.)

Also, nice watermark/logo ^_^

I used SAI to do the Hiccup picture ^^ I managed to find a free version of it (I'm pretty poor at the moment XD) and I'm getting the hang of it.

Yeah, I've used Gimp to do a Toothless Cosplay drawing and it turned out pretty well, but like you say, it's more for editing than painting XD

Ah, I've never tried Krita or Verve :P I'll have to check them out!

And thanks :D it's my initials in a Viking text font XD

In professional work place you will always be using photoshop and you should also know illustrator. So have it in your arsenal and know it. There are liscensing things that legally the companies have to own the product. Personally I use Sai at home for paintings and at work I use Photoshop.
