Phew, it's finally finished!
First and foremost, let me say that I did this fanart with a wonderful friend of mine - NightoftheFury! I have a blast working with you, buddy!

After months of planning and setting things up, we can finally present you our very first fanart we pulled off together. This all was NotF's idea; he set up the scene, the lighting, and he did the rendering part too. I did all the poses and the tree.

I think it's also worth mentioning that we're not done. Ooooh, no, we are not, we're just getting started. There's a lot more on the way!
A new era is beginning.

Oh wow. I don't know what to say. That's just... incredible! I've always loved the image-story-strips the are about httyd, and this one is just perfect!

NightoftheFury - I love the lighting. I especially love how the last one is different, showing how time has passed.

Puff (or should I be calling you Tarch now?) - the poses are excellent! The entire story is told through their actions, and it's so heartfelt and genuine, and there's so much emotion in there.

I can't wait to see what else you manage to get up to when you work together! If this is any indication, it's going to be amazing!

This scene started as a simple idea at first but, through collaboration with Puff, seemed to evolve into something much more. I'm glad you all like it. Props to Puff though for creating the amazing poses in the images. Without him these would be lacking the emotion they currently have.

And as Puff stated, we are far from done here. In fact this is only the beginning. We have taken a few months and have a number of plans. We hope to push the boundaries of 3D fanart to new levels.

Hopefully you'll stick around to see what's coming.
