Thanks! I realised I forgot to draw eyebrows, but you can work out a reason why that might be

I thought about drawing Storm, but ehhhh, a Storm-inspired background was hard enough.

He does have his hood, just hanging down his back.

It's actually heavily based off the anime character Shoto Todoroki. I still can't draw based on imagination alone, so I used a picture of Todoroki as a base, but then I changed it up. (Improved his posture, gave a small haircut, changed his clothes obviously, and drew in different eyes.)

I'm pretty bad at drawing humans, and since this was so overdue I uh, didn't even draw that much of Oliver's body. I hope the decent looking Storm makes up for that?

Anyway, yes we are finally moving onto the next OC! I'll try not to stall for time on this one, sorry about that lol.
