HTTYD2 DVD Countdown Widget [UPDATE: Now With Windows Version]
Posted: 20 Aug 2014, 14:46
As the titled suggests, two nights ago I had some time to kick around and thought I'd whip up a dashboard widget for OS X. Yes I know that there's like a grand total of five people here who use/likes Macs but for those select few, I thought you might enjoy this:

Tested on Mac OS X 10.6.8, 10.8.4 and 10.9.4 but should be compatible with OS X 10.5+ might work on 10.4 though don't take my word on it.
There are two of them which you can download from here. One is called Bg and the other Sm standing for Big and Small respectively. Other than the sizes they are identical so which one you choose depends on your preference/screen size.
Edit: Windows Version now available
I've now created a Windows version (Thanks to Toothless123 for the idea and testing it) that works on windows vista and 7. If your using Windows 8 you'll need to install the windows sidebar feature for this to work because Microsoft removed it in 8 and 8.1
For Windows Vista and 7 users:
Download the file from here. Once you have it on your computer it should recognize it as a .gadget file and allow to to double click it and install. After installing if it doesn't show up on the desktop just right click anywhere on the desktop and go to gadgets. You should see Dragons2DVDCount in the gallery.
For Windows 8 and 8.1 users:
Because Microsoft removed the windows gadget sidebar in 8 and 8.1 your going to have to re-install it before installing the DVD Countdown gadget.
