This is Berk. For generations, it was Viking against Dragon. The battles were ferocious. Then one day, everything changed. I met Toothless, and together we've shown people here that instead of fighting dragons, we can ride them, live with them, even train them. Now our adventures are limitless

Dragons: There are many different kinds of dragons. Below are several kinds (that we have so far)
Dragons Strike Class: The Strike Class dragons are super-fast, intelligent and have incredible vice-like jaw strength. The dragons of this class are the Skrill and the Night Fury.
Strike Class Night Fury: The Night Fury is the rarest and most intelligent of the known species of dragon. It is small to medium-sized with a sleek, dark body with varying shades of a navy blue coloration. It sometimes appears bluish and has faint lighter patterns similar to that of a manta ray. The Night Fury resembles an axolotl in general appearance and has two pairs of wings with a shape similar to a bat, two mobile, ear-like plates on the back of its head that show its mood, a second pair of plates in between each ear-like plate, two just behind the jaw and beneath each ear-like plate, a pair of large, yellowish-green, cat-like eyes and sharp retractable teeth. Unlike most dragon species, the Night Fury has a short neck and lacks any kind of horns. The dragon is about 10 meters (32 feet) in length. In flight, the Night Fury's wingspan is unrivaled, at approximately 48 feet. This allows it to fly faster, longer and further than any of the other dragon species. It uses the wing-like flaps on its tail to steer and maneuver, similar to an airplane rudder. However, a Night Fury will be incapable of flying if one of these flaps is missing or destroyed. Not only is this species fast in the air, but it is also very fast on the ground, running very fast on land and can even leap from tree to tree. Night Furies are known to have a different personality when they are not threatened. They are curious creatures that attempt to understand new things they observe and are intelligent enough to attempt to recreate the actions that they see. Night Furies are fairly capable of communicating, seemingly understanding human speech. When Night Furies are at locations where their visual sight is limited, making it dangerous to fly, they can use a special roar. This roar, visualized as a purple colored sound wave from the dragon's perspective, bounces off all objects and obstacles nearby and allows the dragon to avoid them, even in mid-flight. Unlike with bats, this roar, or at least part of it, is still low enough to be within human hearing range; humans are able to hear the sound when it returns to the dragon. A Night Fury's main type of attack style is dive-bombing at enemies at great speed while being completely camouflaged within the dark sky. The Night Fury is able to become completely invisible at night because of its dark colored scales. In addition of dive-bombing, the Night Fury will also spit out oxygen/acetylene-fueled flames that will explode upon impact and will instantly incinerate anything. Night Furies are picky eaters and will only eat fish. When hunting, a Night Fury uses its sharp retractable teeth as fishing hooks in order to snatch and grip prey from the water. Night Furies are also capable of completely swallowing prey whole and their stomach liquids, which are similar to battery acid, are strong enough to dissolve fish bones. When tamed, Night Furies are known to regurgitate half of their catch for their owners. Night Furies have a penetrating, wolf-like or cat-like stare. While Night Furies usually keep to themselves, they are very protective. Night Fury's are said to be amazing fighters. They use their incredible explosive fire to damage any unlucky foe. It is shown that a Night Fury can switch between different fire styles; Plasma blasts are purple fire-bolts that explode on target almost instantly. These are a Night Fury's primary defense and are very lethal. Second is the fire a Night Fury uses to warm up the place where it will sleep. This fire isn't particularly strong, but it can light up fireplaces and stoves. Night Furies are very agile and swift in flight, using this to confuse their enemies
Skrill: This incredible creature has large wings, a spiked back and tail, and a crocodile-like
Shark fly. Skrill covered with electricity mouth. The spikes on the Skrill's back and tail are sharp enough to cut with the slightest abrasion, and it is an excellent flyer. It apparently resembles a Night Fury in flight and rivals its speed, being slightly slower. Like the Monstrous Nightmare, its locomotion on land resembles that of a pterosaur, using the large claws on its wings to walk and run on land. It slightly resembles a Thunder Drum, and its head also resembles that of a Deadly Nadder. When a Skrill is riding lightning, it seems to wrap itself in its wings and dive down. This dragon is 12 meters in length. The Skrill electrifies itself when hunting. It also rides lightning bolts to reach supersonic speed. The Skrill is only found during lightning storms. It can breathe out beams of powerful white fire. It is said to be highly secretive and is known to ride lightning bolts like air torpedoes to reach supersonic speeds, and usually only comes out during electrical storms. It can shoot jets of white fire, and its entire body crackles with static electricity. Just being close to a Skrill is enough to make one's hair stand on end.
NEW!Grapple Grounder: The Grapple Grounder is very fast, springy, and dangerous. This dragon is snake-like in appearance, with four long skinny legs and a long body. It is ready to fight any dragon it meets, and seems that the Grounder shoots pulse blasts similar to those of a Night Fury Their main power is their body size. Although it can't dish out fast attacks in a short time, its magnificent speed takes from one attack to another quickly. It has more stamina and strength than Night Furies, but less speed, power, and fire. The golden dragon statue seen impaled by a sword above the Viking fire pit in the Great Hall greatly resembles a Grapple Grounder. The Grapple Grounder's head and neck seems to resemble a Zippleback's and Scauldron's, if you look close. Its appearance is very similar to dragons of several exotic or eastern lore, particularly the Yinglong, a powerful dragon from Chinese myth, being similar to the Fireworm Queen.
Sharp Class: The dragons of the Sharp Class are vain and prideful. They also possess sharp body parts, such as spines. Stormcutter and the Timberjack are grouped in this class.
Sharp Class
Stormcutter: Stormcutters have a second set of hidden wings, when the four wings are shaped like an X no other dragon can be more precise than the Stormcutter. Stormcutters may look fearsome at first, but they can be gentle. It's talons can be delicate when called for. Since they are sharp hooked pincers they are small enough to pick the lock of a dragon-trap lock as well as strong.
Speed Stinger: The Speed Stinger is a swift, and flightless dragon. It resembles a tetrapod dinosaur in appearance, but with sail-like appendages on its head, back and legs. Though the Speed Stinger is wingless, a pair of fins on the back act like tiny short wings in appearance. Its name is derived from the barbed stinger at the tip of its tail (sort of like a stingray's). The leader has red stripes and fins while the other members of the pack are green. All of them have red stingers and red eyes. Their small pupils resemble those of terrible terrors. The Speed Stinger lives up to its name. It is a fast runner, hunt in packs, and can't fly like all the other dragons. The sharp stinger on the end of its barbed tail contains venom that can temporarily paralyze its victim. The speed stinger powerful legs can jump high. It is also shown to be good at stealth and having to be an intelligent dragon.
Timberjack: The Timberjack is the name of a gigantic species of dragon. It appears to have a head that is of a similar shape to the Monstrous Nightmare and has a long slender neck, body, and tail. Its wingspan is huge such as the Typhoomerang and each wing has at least 2 hooks, indicating that it has four "limbs" total coming out of its sides. that it walks using these limbs to move around, like "legs." The Timberjack's razor-like wings are its primary weapon, being sharp enough to cut down even the tallest trees in flight. Although it has not yet made a physical appearance, the dragon is said to be extremely dangerous. This dragon attacks from out of the sky with its razor-sharp wings. It can slice through a forest of trees like a giant guillotine. It also has the ability to shoot hot, explosive embers. The Timberjack possesses no arms or legs, only its wings and long tail; but has been seen to stand up on its tail like a snake would. Unfortunately, its long wings make it impossible for the dragon to scratch its back. However, it has been discovered that if one scratches any hard-to-reach places for it, the Timberjack will be your friend forever.
NEW! Raincutter: The Raincutter looks like the Scauldron, but it has sails on its back and head like the Speed Stinger. The Raincutter's size may also be comparable to the Scauldron. It has a big rounded body, a long tail and a long neck. It's first pair of legs are small. It's nose horn is similar to the Deadly Nadder's, but smaller and it's chin looks like the Hobblegrunt's. Raincutter's lower jaw is very massive and armored. This dragons teeth is very similar to Hobblegrunt's teeth. The Raincutter has aerodynamic fins that helps it fly more efficiently, these fins are also used for offense. The Raincutter's long neck enables it to pick up any grubs or worms in the dirt. Raincutter have a very sharp fin on its head, it might be that Raincutter use this fin against prey to cut it to half. Raincutter dragons love wet, rainy places. It brings up the worms and grubs from the ground for the Raincutter to eat. On the contrary, these dragons hate warm weather, just like the Scauldron. Raincutter is a very similar to Scauldron, but is unknown if it lives in water. Its body and legs resemble a Scauldron. This implies it stores water and possibly shoots it just like the former. It seems that this dragon have very massive and armored lower jaw. Raincutter is the only known dragon that eats worms and grubs. Raincutter seems to have a small beard. Its name is very similar to the Stormcutter.
NEW Scuttleclaws: It resembles a cross between a Deadly Nadder and a Hideous Zippleback. It's head is similar to a Zippleback's, and its body, legs and feet are reminiscent of a Nadder's. It has spines like those of a Zippleback too, and has a long tail. Scuttleclaws come in a large variety of colors (green, purple, reddish-brown, yellow, etc.) So far, only baby Scuttleclaws have been seen. As infants, they are playful and listen to no one. Not even a Bewilderbeast can put them under command. dragon controlling. Scuttleclaws often scatter, when they are roared at by other, larger Dragons. Even for infants, Scuttleclaws have proven to be quite powerfull. They were able to carry heavy Vikings. Like all baby Dragons, Scuttleclaws are immune for the Bewilderbeast's control. Baby Scuttleclaws can fly pretty fast, and shoot green fireballs.
Stoker Class: Stoker Class dragons are hotheaded fire breathers. They include the Terrible Terror, the Monstrous Nightmare, and the Typhoomerang.
Stoker Class Monstrous Nightmare: The Monstrous Nightmare is one of the most aggressive, powerful, and stubborn breeds of dragon known to Vikings. A Nightmare is usually purple, scarlet, or green and possesses a long, snakelike neck and tail. Unlike some other breeds of dragon, it has no forelegs, and its ground-based locomotion is similar to that of pterosaurs; it can use its claw-tipped wings to "crawl" along the floor. Despite their name, Monstrous Nightmares are known to have a softer side. As it is quick to anger, the Monstrous Nightmare can be counted on to be the first to arrive and the last to leave in a fight. Its signature attack strategy, known as the "Fire Jacket," is to engulf itself in flames, resulting in an intimidating offensive and defensive maneuver similar in appearance to napalm or other gel-based incendiaries. This dragon also has powerful jaws, sharp teeth and talons like meat hooks. It can also use its tail as a club. By nature, the Monstrous Nightmare is fearless and proud. Nightmares are some of the strongest dragons around and they know it.
[/b]Terrible Terrors:[/b] The Terrible Terror is among the smallest of the dragons, but also one of the most feared. It is roughly the size of a small cat. The Terror can crawl into Viking homes, sheds, outhouses and shacks, attacking when its prey is least expecting it. The only warning a Terror gives is the hissing sound it makes just before breathing fire. It is capable of such pinpoint accuracy with its flames that it can be considered the sniper of the dragon world. Smallest of the dragons is the Terrible Terror. This tiny menace is unmistakable, with a small snakelike body and tiny wings. Terrors can be found roosting in the rafters of Viking barns and under the floorboards of Viking houses. Though a single Terror is too small to carry away a sheep or inflict much damage to a Viking, they are usually found in flocks. The largest on record was a mob of Terrors over two hundred strong. In those numbers, even the strongest Viking can be overwhelmed, and the biggest sheep can be stolen. The Terrible Terror also has an Iguana-like body and two pair of horns. It has 2 wings colored brown. There are varieties of colors. It also has a pointed tail.
Typhoomerang: Typhoomerangs have a unique ability while flying: they spin (similar to a typhoon/boomerang) at high speeds, zooming through the air. Although, as they spin, they seem to scorch objects around them, making them extremely dangerous. The act leaves a distinctive burn mark on the ground below. The ash seems to act as a fertilizer. Typhoomerangs are very large dragons; coming in a variety of colors, including blue, yellow, red, and orange. An adult Typhoomerang will form a circle of fire around a predator/prey that could or will mean harm to their babies. A fully grown Typhoomerang can fly at high speeds, near that of a Night Fury. In shape and size, they are comparable to dragons such as a Timberjack. Full grown Typhoomerangs are unable to glide from a dive. If they do, they could crash or get badly hurt.
Seadragonus Giganticus Maximus. (Red, or Green) These dragons primarily uses its enlarged nostrils and hearing in order to hunt down its prey. Its skull is heavily armored and it has a tail specifically designed to smash into objects. It has been shown to have an incredible speed in flight despite its size, The dragon also does not have a blind spot, due to it having six eyes instead of two. The Seadragonus’ flame jets are enormous and are powerful enough to take down an entire Viking fleet of ships in just one breath. Like other dragons however, they cannot hunt efficiently if its wings are damaged and it is just as susceptible to fire on its insides. These "preposterously huge" fire-breathing Sea Dragons are twenty times the size of a blue whale, and are very dangerous. Sea Dragons are blue with an orange underside. They have very primitive, dinosaur-like characteristics, with heads that resemble a Tyrannosaurus, narrow sharp teeth, small frills similar to those of Triceratops, thick pillar-like legs like those of Sauropods, and a clubbed tail similar to that of Ankylosaurus. They have red spikes from the back of the neck to the tail and wings with a single membrane. They also have gigantic legs with red spikes on them and five claws on the ends. Sea Dragons are the biggest dragon species ever seen. This dragon is the largest seen by a wide margin. An odd trait of the this dragon is it has six eyes, three on each side, and can fly despite being so big and having small, beat-up wings. Its only weakness would be confusion by noise, but noise only affects it near its ear; since the only way to get near it is by flying on a dragon, sound is, in fact, ineffective due to its effects on the dragon being ridden as well. Its head and mouth resemble more a classic European dragon.
NEW! Snafflefang:The Snafflefang has a rounded body and a big head. It's first pair of legs are very small, but the second pair of legs are big. It has horns on its snout and on its forehead, a row of spines running along its back, and a spiked tail bludgeon. Its skin pattern mimics that of a cow. Like the Red Death, the Snafflefang has a nasal horn, a brute build and a tail bludgeon. The Snafflefang is one of the most diverse and one of the brightest dragons. It has a rounded body like that of a Scauldron or a Raincutter. Snafflefangs tail bludgeon looks like a thistle.
Fireworm: The Fireworm is like the cockroach of the dragon world, that is, if a cockroach could superheat its skin to burn everything it touched. It also has traits from bees in that they create gel that's stored in honeycomb-like structures and have a queen. These dragons are often found in large groups. This makes them extremely dangerous. They are even remotely aggressive, occasionally clinging to potential enemies. Usually Fireworms make their homes in dark caverns. Fireworm Queens are very protective of their firecombs of gel and will chase down anything that tries to take it. Despite their aggressive nature, they seem to know if another dragon's fire is worn out, and are kind and sympathetic enough to reignite other dragons' firepower with their venom. Common Fireworms are about half the size of Terrible Terrors. They have dark gray scales with red skin underneath, or gray skin that turns red when heated; They also have five pairs of legs for a total of ten legs. They have fierce eyes that glow in the dark. They resemble lizards, with their wide heads and long bodies. When they heat, they glow white-red, and sometimes light their bodies on fire. The Fireworm Queen is similar to your average fireworm, but she has differences that make her outstand from the rest. Her size is comparable to that of a Monstrous Nightmare. She also possesses several protuberances in the back and front of her head that resemble a crown. The Queen was seen only at fireworm island. All fireworms can heat up their skin to a temperature high enough that they can burn almost anything. While doing so they also generate a great amount of light, and sometimes, they even set themselves on fire. It is known that the closer two fireworms are to one another, the brighter they will shine. Fireworm Queens have very unruly gaseous fire that spews out small fireworks, along with a strong prehensile tail that can pick up large objects over 5,000lbs or more . On top of that, they are able to stand on four legs and their tongue has a venom that has the ability to reignite the worn out fire of Monstrous Nightmares (and possibly other dragons). Fireworms can also produce a kind of gel that gives them their fire and they store in honeycomb-like containers. This same gel can give a Monstrous Nightmare back his fire. There is only One fireworm queen.
NEW! Hobblegrunt: The Hobblegrunt has a single horn and and an expandable frill surrounding its head. Its eyes are colored yellow, and it also has clawed wings, small arms and big legs like a Deadly Nadder. It also appears to have long neck and tail as well. The Hobblegrunt is also able to change its colors like a chameleon, and this ability is similar to that of the Changewing. But instead of doing it for defensive purposes, it does it calm other dragons by its color variations. It's fire type is an ethane expectorant. Using the large frill on head, the Hobblegrunt is able to sense its surroundings. The Hobblegrunt is the second dinosaur-like dragon, with the first being the Speed Stinger. It is also the second dragon that is able to change its colors, with the first being the Changewing.
Tracker Class: info coming soon
Tracker Class
Deadly Nadder: The Deadly Nadder is a species of dragons, said to be one of the most beautiful. They are well known for their poisonous and painful spines. In appearance, the Deadly Nadder is very bird-like: it is bipedal and possesses winged forelimbs and they are about the same size as medium sized tetra pod dinosaurs such as Allosaurus. Its small yet keen eyes, equipped with binocular vision, are one of the tools it uses to stalk its targets. Its body is a vivid blue in color, with a light beige underbelly, while its wings are mottled with yellow, orange and blue. In front of its eyes is its curved nasal horn, which is often used to batter opponents. Ringing it's skull are a set of spikes. Coating the tail is a series of spikes that can inject venom into a target. When relaxed, its head spikes and venomous tail spikes lay flat, and when alarmed, they are shot upward to intimidate its foe. The tail spikes can also be used to make a rattling noise which it makes right before it attacks, similar to rattlesnakes. In terms of behavior, the Deadly Nadder is fast and dangerous, though its potency as a hunter is hindered by the blind spot directly above its nose (possibly due to its large horn). As a result, the dragon relies on its keen sense of smell, often instead of its binocular vision, in order to find its prey. The Deadly Nadder also has at its disposal its tail spikes, which are used as projectiles to stun or immobilize its prey. Its most devastating trait, however, may well be its ability to blow magnesium-fueled flames, which can easily melt metal. The Deadly Nadder is also well-known for its vanity; it constantly grooms itself to stay clean and maintain the luster of its scales. Like the Night Fury, the Deadly Nadder is a picky eater whose diet comprises mostly of poultry. It is easily recognized by the bright blue body and brilliant yellow spikes that cover it head to tail. This colorful dragon is active any time of the day or night. Nadders are quick and agile in the air and can fly for long distances, but will almost always land before attacking. Nadders travel and raid in groups, making them especially dangerous. The Deadly Nadder isn't the largest or fastest dragon, but it possesses the hottest fire in the dragon world. The blast of a Nadder can melt steel, or turn a man to ash in seconds. But the dangers of the Nadder don't stop there. The tail of the Nadder can be whipped around, releasing a volley of giant spikes that can penetrate trees, walls, and Vikings To train a Deadly Nadder, one must very carefully approach the dragon from its tail. Then, you must gently smooth it's poisonous spikes down
NEW! Rumblehorn: The Rumblehorn has relatively large wings, a wide torso, and a tail with a club-like hammer on the tip. It's most notable feature is the heavily armed front half of its body with firm armor plates on the neck and a large lower jaw, a battle axe-shaped muzzle, which is always digging in the dirt, looking for scents, and three, very sharp, elongated horns resembling those of ceratopsian dinosaurs, but lacking a beak. The Rumblehorn has a very acute sense of smell, and is determined to track down and find anything once it has picked up the scent. In total, they look like a mix of truffle pig, a rhino, a battle ax, and a scarab beetle. It can also shoot long-ranged fire "missiles" from its mouth which initially starts out as a white-hot fireball that quickly solidifies and turns to a warmer color before it ends up in a sooty stony material when it hits its target. These dragons are usually 20-25ft in length.
Fear Class: Fear Class dragons are stealthy, sneaky, and often have multiple heads. The known dragons of this class is the Hideous Zippleback and Snaptrapper.
Fear Class
Hideous Zippleback: The Hideous Zippleback is a large, two-headed dragon. It is sly and surprising, but certain noises can confuse it and cause it to entangle its heads. The dragon has two personalities and two minds, one in each head, and one often argues with the other head Zippleback training. The Hideous Zippleback in the training arena over what to do. This dragon reminds some Vikings of bickering siblings when they aren't running away from it. However, its two heads also give it a deadly weapon that is unique from any other dragon species. The head on the right side breathes a green, flammable gas while the left head uses an electrical spark in its mouth to ignite the gas, creating lethal explosions. By itself, the gas can make a human disorientated if inhaled. The Hideous Zippleback's spine has many bright red lobes that run down it. Occasionally the Zippleback will use these to hold its necks together, making it less intimidating. They have serrated fangs which they use to inject venom for per-digestion. Its top teeth are much sharper and are all the same size, while its bottom teeth are very long and stick up above its jaw line. The Hideous Zippleback has two long serpentine heads with two yellow eyes, two straight horns, a nose horn & a mouth of sharp fangs. The left head has longer fangs on the bottom jaw. The right head has larger teeth near the the back of the bottom jaw. The long necks have curved spikes & has a yellowish, greenish skin. It can also be other colors as well. It's body is chubby, but has two small wings for in case, flying. It's arms & legs has four sliver claws for walking or for attack. The Zippleback has two long serpentine tails for flying or for attack. The Zippleback is one of the largest dragons you may ever encounter. It is unmistakable with its twin heads. The heads are distinct, with separate thoughts and different personalities. Like most dragons, Zipplebacks can fly, but their wings are small and they spend most of their time on the ground. Zipplebacks are solitary, preferring to hunt alone. They come out after sundown, prowling dark forests for victims. The attack of a Zippleback is like no other. Instead of breathing fire, a Zippleback makes explosions. One head breathes gas, and the other head Lights it.
Snaptrapper: The Snaptrapper is a dragon that has four heads, each with three jaws. Their tail is forked like the Zippleback's and look and they look somewhat like the latter as well. The jaws open up in 3 different ways which resembles a flower blooming, and the spikes on their neck, body, and tail look similar to leaves It is 23 meters (75 feet) long. They attract prey with a sweet smell of chocolate, which emanates from all four mouths. Like all dragons, they shed their scales and talons, but these eventually regrow. Snaptrappers love rain and enjoy splashing in the mud which could be based off the fact flowers need water and damp areas.
Tidal Class: Tidal dragons live in and near the ocean. The Scauldron, and the Thunder Drum, the are classed here.
Tidal Class
Scauldron: The Scauldron is a type of dragon that lives underwater. They are extremely effective swimmers. Instead of breathing fire, Scauldrons have the ability to scald their victims. This ability comes from sucking in seawater and then heating it in their cauldron-like stomachs before they scald its next victim. This is how they got their name. One hit from that hot water will finish off most enemies. Scauldrons are sentimental creatures who love anything that reminds them of home. This dragon is gigantic. It is a huge sea lizard that walks on four stubby and powerful legs. They have intense obesity to heat the water they drink in. It's tail is like a fish, helping it to swim. When filled with water, the Scauldron's stomach protrudes out and becomes very round. Its neck is very long and thin, and its head is usually fairly slender with its bottom jaw having a sort of pouch that hands from its chin. Its bottom jaw is very flexible, and it bulges out when filled with water. Its eyes are located near the front of its face, and it has a thin, curving nasal horn. It has peg like teeth that are ideal for catching fish, very sharp, and also happen to be venomous. Two string-like whiskers are connected to the Scauldrons' upper jaw. They have only been seen in three colors: turquoise, green, and pale blue. It has a 14 shot limit. A full grown Scauldron is approximately the same size as a Blue Whale.
Thunderdrum: This reclusive dragon inhabits sea caves and dark tide pools. When startled, the Thunder Drum will produce a concussive sound wave that can kill a man at close range. This dragon relies mostly on its two sets of wings, one primary and one smaller set to the rear, using them to get around and move through the water like a tornado. The Thunder Drum has legs even though they are smaller and thinner than even a Terrible Terror's legs, they can surprisingly hold the dragons weight. a Thunder Drum is roughly the same size as an adult Viking though they are clearly far larger and is reclusive in nature, living in sea caves and dark tide pools he name comes from its main mode of attack/defense. Instead of breathing fire, the Thunder Drum produces a strong concussive sound that can kill a human at close range. The blast is so powerful that the creature is said to get its power from Thor himself. When a Thunder Drum hatches from its egg, it makes a sound so loud it rattles the sky. These dragons have stubby legs and long, skinny tails. When they open their enormous mouths, they show a series of teeth inside. Their wings are large triangles. It has a horn on the tip of its nose. It also has a series of backwards facing spikes sticking out of its back. The Thunder Drum, because of all that, is closely related to the Whispering Death, except the Thunder Drum has limbs, bigger, triangular wings, it's eyes are lifeful, the Thunder Drum's torso expands with its mouth, and the Thunder Drum has the ability to close its mouth. The Thunderdrums body resembles a basking shark.
NEW! Seashocker: The Seashocker looks similar to a purple/blue stingray, however it has two heads and very large wings measuring 15m (50feet) in wingspan with two small flaps in front of it. As a whole, the wings look very similar to oars. The dragon also has small spikes lining its spine and the top of its heads. Their dorsal fins are very sharp and dense, functioning as amazingly powerful blades that are capable of slicing thick sea ices and even the most solid floes. Its necks are incredibly short. In total, the Seashocker's body shape strongly resembles that of a Manta-ray especially from underside. This dragon weighs 2,200 pounds. The Seashocker hunts in pods, and uses sonar in order to hunt.
Abilities. Besides the Skrill, the Seashocker is one of the few species to utilize electricity as a weapon. Their electro-charged bites can take over even the largest enemies, and Seashockers' breath weapon is to shoot out volts of electricity, to stun prey, just like electric eels. The Seashocker is sometimes considered not have a range-based ability, but they do. It uses echolocation to locate its prey in deep water like dolphins, porpoises, and whales. Even the Night Furies use echolocation to navigate through the dark. Although it can emit electricity from its mouth, and it will be released when it has bitten something, or in a short range just before it nips its target. Because of electro-abilities, rather interestingly, electric eels are regarded as a closest relatives in terms of evolutions, making both of lightning dragons and fish to be feared from ALL other dragons. They are fearsome hunters like Killer whales, equipped with many weapons effective for hunting including dorsal fins, electron charges, and two heads. The Seashocker lives deep underwater along with the Scauldron and Thunderdrum. Seashockers are known to swim in pods. They will encircle a group of fish into a bait ball, allowing other dragons to come in and scarf them up.
Boulder Class: Boulder Class dragons are tough and associated with the earth. They can eat rocks. The Gronckle and The Whispering Death are members of this class.
Boulder Class
Gronckle: The Gronckle is the toughest dragon in the dragon world, and more than lives up to its looks in the battlefield. The Gronckle can be a slow, lazy, and cranky bulldog-like dragon; it has been known to fall asleep mid-flight, waking only when it plunges into the sea or crashes into a mountain. Because of its tremendous weight and small wings, it would seem impossible for them to fly. However, because the wings of a Gronckle beat at a speed similar to that of hummingbirds' or bees' wings, it is possible for one to sustain flight. In fact, a Gronckle can fly backward, sideways and even hover in place. Its tail can be mistaken for the head if little attention is paid. It is also prone to dragon acne. Because of its large stout body and clubbed tail, the Gronckle somewhat resembles an Ankylosaurus. They spend the majority of the day sleeping. It has huge jaws which it uses to hold food when carrying it to the dragon mound. It has a rather blunt nose horn and fairly stubby toe claws. Its legs are practically useless in battle, and due to its short tail it has a fairly small attack range. The Gronckle can launch a devastating fire attack but is limited to six shots at a time. Both its fire attack and hovering flight pattern makes it a very dangerous dragon. It can simply hover slightly out of reach of the Vikings and then blast them with its powerful fire. Unlike the other dragons, the Gronckle can refill it’s so called shot limit fairly quickly. Most dragons use a flammable gas, but the Gronckle eats rocks and then melts them in its stomach. So as long as there are edible rocks in the area the Gronckle will be able to refill its shot limit. Gronckles have gigantic heads, short bodies, and round tails. Gronckles are lazy, and spend most of their time sleeping in communal heaps. Gronckles attack from the air, where their primary weapon is most effective. Gronckles chew rocks, melting them in their bellies and firing them as balls of molten lava.
NEW! Hotburples: Hotburples greatly resemble Gronckles, although they have larger body and wings, with their eyes positioned closer to the snout than to the ears. They can do anything while sleeping. Like the Gronckles, the Hotburples is amazingly heavily armored species, and has a famous Lava Blast identical to that of the Gronckle, with a highly striking power almost reaching the level of the Night Fury. While Gronckles like to eat any type of rocks, Hotburples prefer to eat ores of metal, such as iron. It is possible that the Hotburple is actually a subspecies of the Gronckle. It is said, however, they are still somewhat related to Gronckles.
Whispering Death: The Whispering Death is similar in appearance to a Deadly Nadder, but with bulging eyes, a spiky face and spirals of teeth that line the entirety of its inner mouth. It has a snake-like body and a neck similar to a Zippleback’s, but a Whispering Death has no legs, only lower spikes (which might have been used to crawl through their tunnels). Many consider them to be extremely vicious and often have nightmares after confronting this horror. They have gaping mouths, full of deadly, rotating teeth. They can also rotate their wings, presumably to assist in the drilling process. They look very similar to a Gulper Eel. It is 25 meters (82 feet) long. Whispering Deaths are extremely deadly, like most other dragons, and able to chew their victims after they are swallowed, using its many rows of rotating teeth. They tend to dwell in underground tunnels that they burrow themselves, resurfacing to attack any oncoming enemy/prey. Despite their fearsome reputation, they love to have their teeth brushed. It weighs about 2,500 pounds. When a Whispering Death finds intruders in its tunnels, it will forcibly eject them out the nearest hole. The Whispering Death has the ability to use its jaw to quickly travel through solid rock, giving it, arguably the greatest jaw strength in the dragon world. Apart from that, the Whispering Death can breathe powerful rings of fire. It is incredibly strong and is also able to shoot its spines like the Deadly Nadder, which grow on its head and along the entire length of its body. With its long, thin body, its tail often makes a whip crack noise as it flicks it about. The six inner rings of teeth rotate in opposite directions of each other. When these teeth move, they make an eerie noise that sounds like many people whispering. Hearing "The Whisper", along with the ground rumbling, are often the only two warning signs that a Whispering Death is approaching from underground, unless it tunnels near the surface, tossing up earth and rock. When dragons are standing on the ground, they are apparently more sensitive to these signs than humans, becoming agitated before humans can even hear it. It is immune to the usual effects of dragon nip. It has also been shown to be unaffected by the sonic roars of the Thunder Drum. The Whispering Death hates sunlight, which is why they spend their time underground. Though its teeth can rip apart rock, it can't tear through steel. Apart from this, the Whispering Death has no known weaknesses.
Screaming Death: The Screaming Death is a mutated, albino Whispering Death. It is white in color, large red eyes, longer body and tail and more massive body from a normal Whispering Death. It also has three rows of teeth, but they are aligned differently than those of the Whispering Death and it has a chin reminiscent of the Red Death. Like the Whispering Death, it can tunnel underground, and can shoot spikes from its body, although the tunnel it creates and the spikes it launches are larger. But unlike the Whispering Death, the Screaming Death shoots balls of fire like a gun instead of rings of fire it also lets out fire from behind it's frill. Judging by the massive size, this albino giant is probably one of the biggest dragons of them all. It is attracted to sunlight as opposed to having an aversion for it like the Whispering Death. The Screaming Death gets its name by its incredibly disorienting roar that can affect the flight of other dragons. The Screaming Death's egg resembles a Whispering Death's egg, but larger in size.
Mystery Class: Dragons in this class have very little known about them. In this class are the Changewing, the Boneknapper, and the Smothering Smokebreath.
Mystery Class
Changewing: The Changewing has large wings on its back, horns on its face and an antennae-like appendage on top of each of its eyes. This gives the Changewing a unique appearance. The Changewing's most noticeable attribute is the ability to change the colors of its scales and wings to that of its surroundings, creating an invisible-like effect. Unlike most other dragons, the Changewing can launch concentrated streams of acid at victims. This acid can burn through most, if not all, materials in seconds. The Changewing's skin is vulnerable to attack, as it is softer due to its color-changing properties. Changewings nest in large, tall forest in packs. They group together for common goals, or in another word, they are team players, and will stop at almost nothing to remain in position of their eggs. Also, Changewings are very curious creatures, and like to mimic everything that they see. A Changewing's egg has gem-like qualities and are green in base, but its aura glows in multiple colors. Changewings are known to be very cooperative and work together to accomplish their goals. Multiple Changewings help one another acquire one of their eggs, and do not rest or leave until all of their eggs have been found.
Boneknapper: The Boneknapper is a species of dragon thought to be almost mythical by Vikings due to its rare nature. As its name may suggest, the Boneknapper spends its time scouring the land for pieces of bones in order to create the perfect armor for its body. Sometimes, this bone armor can be essential for the dragon to perform basic actions, such as roaring. The Boneknapper will often go to extreme lengths to find the bones it seeks, hunting down the fragments for years. However, the dragon does have a docile side to its nature as well, as with most dragons around Berk. It is 24 meters (79 feet) long. The Boneknapper is one of two dragons that have been doubted of existence. Many Vikings believed there was no such thing as the Boneknapper. The other is the Smothering Smokebreath. Without their armor, they somewhat resemble a cross between a Nadder and a Scauldron. To train a Boneknapper, one must give it whatever it desires. It will then become like an overgrown puppy dog.
Smothering Smokebreath: The Smothering Smokebreath is a new species of dragon that is only slightly bigger than the Terrible Terror. This Dragon can breathe off smoke from its mouth to hide itself from enemies or victims. Due to this ability, it was thought to be some sort of a "Fog Monster" and became legendary, to the point that, Although it usually breathes smoke, it can breathe a rather hot fire, since it is able to meld metals in a matter of instants. A large swarm can appear as an odd looking smoke-cloud Smothering Smokebreaths have the peculiarity of collecting treasure and 'shiny things' to meld them together in their nests in order to defend themselves from other dragons. They often go to extreme lengths to collect treasure, as shown when they all formed a smoke cloud and chased the riders for their metallic things. they are very territorial. These creatures hunt in complete stealth. Concealed by their smoke, they surround their prey and close in until it can't see anything anymore, then they attack.
Flightmare: The Flightmare is a medium-sized dragon that has a very ghost-like appearance. Its body is covered in small spots that almost resembles the night sky. The Flightmare's body glows by eating algae that shines along with the Northern Lights. It can strike with a mist that paralyzes its prey to give itself enough time to return and finish it. As far as we know there has only ever been one Flightmare.

This is Berk. Life here is amazing. Dragons used to be a bit of a problem. But that was five years ago. Now they've all moved in. And with Vikings on the backs of dragons, the world just got a whole lot bigger.

Vikings ToothlessNightFury/Hooligan/18/Hiccup H. Haddock III: Hiccup is the son of Stoick the Vast, Chief of Berk. He isn't that small scrawny runt he used to be. He is still rather skinny for a Viking, but he make up fo that in various ways. He has green eyes and aburn hair and is 6'1". Hiccup learned a great deal about crafting from Gobber. His many years of apprenticeship have certain. He uses the forge weland he's excellent at working leather. Besides that Hiccup has managed to design several other objects, from winches to telescopes. He is the founder and head Dragon Trainer of the Berk Dragon Academy. He doesn't usually take risks unnecessarily, but he seems willing to risk everything for the sake of his friends, especially Toothless. He has great leadership skills, power, and respect over the other riders and can easily temporarily suspend them from the Academy when necessary. He is very resourceful and perceptive and posseses a great aptitude Hiccup is able to use them for practical use and he does it very well. Hiccup has grown to become the best dragon trainer on the Island. He is never without his journal and a large charcoal pencil. His sketches are usually quick and slightly messy, he uses his artist talent to aid him in making plans and inventions.
ChaseMagnus/Hooligan/18/Ruffnut and Tuffnut Thorston/: See Spoiler for description Spoiler: click to toggle Tuffnut Thorston-Together, he and his sister love to get into trouble, even if it means getting scolded by the chief of the village. Tuff likes the idea of Ruff being in danger (as he stated that when Ruff was on fire one time, he just watched for a while before he decided to help put her out). Tuff enjoys the chance to argue and wrestle with his sister, although it usually ends with Ruff overpowering him, either verbally or physically. He shares many similar traits with his sister. The only thing that seems to be apparent in difference, is he enjoys gross things as opposed to his sister. Despite having a close sibling relationship, Tuff is frustrated when he has to share everything with his sister, but he's willing to make amends with Ruff to save his dragon. Although sharing rivalry with his sister, on occasion, he will help her if she is in trouble. He often thinks highly of his own skills, claiming that he was the world's deadliest weapon. He displays an attraction to dangerous situations and seems to enjoy or looks forward too whatever bodily harm he receives (usually by his sister)
Ruffnut Thorston-Ruffnut is tomboyish in nature, mostly because she is a Viking, but she does tend to be slightly neater in terms of look and finds it offensive when Tuff negatively comments about her physique. Ruff is also seen to be extremely compassionate and selfless, as she was willing to cut her braids off in order to help free Scauldy. Ruff may be stubborn at times as seen when the gang tried to persuade her to leave when the Changewings were approaching, refusing to let Scauldy die. When they were little, while Tuff was afraid of the dark, Ruff was afraid of Tuff, although she outgrew this trait. Despite having tamed Barf (and technically Belch), she has a slight fear of wild dragons that could potentially kill her and may often panic in situations in which she encounters a wild dragon. She has a slight motherly side and is quick to comfort Scauldy like how often a mother treats her kids. Ruff loves punching and wrestling with Tuff, often proving herself stronger than him. Despite their quarreling, on occasion she is shown to pull herself and Tuff out of danger. Ruff dislikes having to share everything with her brother just and Tuffnut with her. She is also slightly more intelligent and serious than Tuff. Ruff had a short-lived crush on Hiccup, but she has dropped it for the most part. Riders[/i]
TheDragonLadyOfBerk/Hooligan/17/Rebecca: Blue eyes, Red hair (Ginger, basically, without the freckles) lets say I look like Anna from frozen, but I have a british accent. I tend to have a dry sense of humor, which I share with my dragon and Hiccup. I'm good friends with the gang, but mostly Hiccup and Astrid. Have a personality similiar to my dragon, Kind, bubbly, caring, empathetic, smart, awkward and a quick thinker, and tend to give good advice when needed, skilled dragon trainer after learning from the best. But hurt any of my friends or my dragon? well, lets just say you shouldn't have done that. (Also just for some fun, I have a crush on Hiccup) me and Astrid are a bit like a viking duo when it comes to fighting. Snotlout tries to make passes on every girl in the group as usual, but he always fails. Rider
AndyMay/Hooligan/18/Daenerys (Better known as Dany to her freinds, of which she has few ): Platinum Blonde Hair with blue/violet eyes. She is a very beautiful woman, but not the tallest by any means (at a short 5' 1"). She has a fairly pale skin tone. Daenerys has a gentle heart, no matter how much she denies it. She hates injustice done in this world, and one day hopes to rid the world of all its injustice, and maybe even rule one day. She loves her Dragons with all her heart. To come in between her and her Dragons would most likely end in death of the perpetrator, especially if any harm were to come to her 'babies'. Dany, much like her dragons, is not someone to be underestimated. (It's probably where they get it from) Rider.
WasBornCrazy/Hooligan/15/Orla: A young girl with almond hair and bright blue eyes. She wears a headband decorated with skulls. Her shirt is blue with a white fur vest. Her skirt is navy blue and also accessorised with skulls. Her boots are brown. She is quiet and caring, but don't get onto her bad side because you won't see the end of that! She strongly dislikes battle. Dragon is monstrous nightmare named Stampede
Berknation/Hooligan/17/Meyla Habborth: Click Spoiler for Description Image. Spoiler: click to toggle Without the wings and fire. Adventurous, fierce, funny, playful, proud, relatively outgoing if you're her friend. Rider.
HowlingWolf/Hooligan/Johan: A young 15 year old boy, with black hair, and amber eyes. He usually wears a blue, or orange shirt. Johan is a very kind, and sweet but shy person. Also, he gets a temper quickly. Rider
ChaseMagnus/Hooligan/18/Vladimir Thorston: Tall, Athletic Build, Storm Grey Eyes, Black,Straight Hair of about Hiccup's Length. Usually wears black or grey/green shirt with Yak fur jacket, black greypants and black fur boots. Also wears viking helmet with four horns similar to the twins helmets and a belt containing pouches for holding small items and two daggers. Fun, Light-hearted, Welcoming, and Kind to friends but also a Strategic Thinker, Tough, Cold-Hearted and Merciless to enemies. He is hardly ever caught without a plan and hardly panics (well maybe sometimes) Most of the times however, he reflects the personality of his dragon, Volt and prefers to be alone with his dragon and his thoughts rather than in a crowd or with friends. Like his dragon he prefers to hunt and fight alone and enjoys the thrills of battle. Loves a mystery and delights in adventure with his dragon. Light-Footed, Quick on feet and excellent at spying (such as on Beserkers and Gobber if needed in some cases) he makes a model spy/thief (only steals if necessary such as battle plans from the Beserkers). Hobbies include Reading, Fishing, Archery and going to school at The Academy. RiderDragon-Volt, Weapons of choice- Bow and Arrows (assorted arrow types) and Twin Daggers (carried on belt, wrapped in cloth to prevent electrocution while riding). Has a weakness for shiny/valuable gems and anything purple. Allergic to Blue Oleander (just not as badly as the dragons)

DragonGirl8998/NA/Asher (nickname: Ash)
Used to be a member of *Tribe yet to be named*
Asher has black curly hair that she usually keeps tied back in a ponytail. She has tanned skin with dark blue eyes. Her ideal outfit is a blue tunic with a black jacket with a black skirt that has blue pants underneath it. She wears cream coloured fur boots similiar to Hiccup's. Don't let her tendency to hide behind a book fool you. Asher is a soul that tries her best to express herself. Once you get to know her, she's a passionate, unique (sometimes crazy) person who doesn't enjoy hurting others. If keeping her mouth shut means she'll spare the feelings of someone else she cares about? She will. Which often conflicts with her desire to do the right thing and follow the rules. Asher was once a chief to be, but ran away from her tribe after an incident she doesn't like to talk about. It was after she left that she changed her name to Asher. Her birth name was Amelia. Rider
HideousZippleback/Former Hooligan-Tribeless/18/Svalva Jorgenson: Svalva is Snotlout's half-sister on their mother's side. She has short thick black hair with ice-blue eyes. She is 5'4 with a slightly thick-set build. Rider
Gallifreyan Dragon/Tribeless (former Beserker)/16/Hunter Vitur Drengur (Hunter the Insane) : Hunter is a curious boy, like his dragon. Now living in a small island close to Berk, he's always getting in trouble because of his dragon, who's always scaring traders, causing trouble around Berk and breaking his rider's equipment. He has dark brown eyes and curly black hair. He's around 16 years old. To ride Stormy, he made two armors: one made of pure steel (helping him like a Faraday suit) and a non-conductive suit to prevent sparks from reaching his body. Traveler

He does not take kindly to being offended or anyone offending or endangering friends, but is usually playful and docile when not threatened. He also shows a great curiosity.
Zippleback/ChaseMagnus/Barf and Belch: Spoiler for Description imageSpoiler: click to toggle
Truly a split personality, Barf and Belch are fiercely independent yet, inextricably linked. Much like the Twins who ride them, Barf and Belch spend more time bickering than working in concert. The only time they do see eye-to-eye, however, is when enjoying a nice display of destruction- usually caused by Ruff and Tuff. Barf and Belch are Fierce protectors of their riders Ruff and Tuff respectively and are willing to risk their lives to protect them. Loyal and Affectionate as well they stand up for their riders choosing to pick sides with their respective rider when Ruff and Tuff argue. This however proves to be a problem (seeing as they are joined at the shoulders) and usually they end-up trying to make amends between their riders-partially to prevent harm coming to themselves from trying to listen to both rider's different instructions at once. In battle, Zipplebacks have the secret Ouroboros-like power to bite their own tails and set themselves on fire, taking on the form of a flaming wheel that knocks down their opponents like ten pins. Ruffnut and Tuffnut's dragon, Friends with Volt (The Twins cousin Vladimir's Skrill)
Type/(The Dragon Lady Of Berk)/Skye: Skye is similar to Toothless, except with blue eyes (like the sky) and a slight magenta hue to her. She is small for a night fury, but do not underestimate that. Skye is a very bubbly and kind dragon, and is very close to her rider. She is very friendly with other villagers but is also very protective of her rider, Skye may be a kind to her allies, but to her enemies; well that's another story. She will do anything to protect her friends and her rider from harm, enemies will regret having crossed her. She is very intelligent, she may be smaller than her male counterpart but do not underestimate her, she is very powerful. She and her rider have a dry sense of humor which tends to go over peoples heads, well except Hiccup.
Wild Night Fury/Dragon Wings/Starblazer
Her ref page- http://sta.sh/0i1yqdq2ytd (Other Information in description as well.)
Semi-wild.
Wild Night Fury/AuroraBorealis/Aurora Borealis: See profile picture for description. Dragon's Personality:Tough at first, but a softie at heart. Can be consumed by evil if evil pretends to be kind, and youth and ambition may be a weakness. Intellegent, ambitious and shy. No mate. Wild
Wild Night Fury/Berknation/Kaida ('little dragon'): Black night fury, with one bright blue eye, and a regular yellow/green one. She's blind in the blue eye. Excited. Talented flier. Adventurous. Fierce.
Wild-becomes Meyla's dragon
Deadly Nadder/HowlingWolf/Space: Space has a black pelt like the most of his species, and a black tail. However, his eyes are blue instead of green. He is friendly, Playful, Affectionate. Johan's Dragon
Monsterous Nightmare/AndyMay/Drogon He is a black with a reddish hue. Drogon is a highly aggressive Dragon, this is due to him being the oldest and largest of his two brothers Rhaegal and Viserion. He enjoys asserting his dominance over other dragons. He is fairly wild, and can be a danger even to his Rider (Although not nearly as much as he is to others). He refuses to let anyone else Ride him other than his Viking, Dany. Drogon (and his Brothers) is not a dragon to be crossed.
Skrill/ChaseMagnus/Volt: Click Spoiler for Description Image Spoiler: click to toggle
Being one of the first tamed Skrills, Volt is still a bit on the wild side and not quite accustomed to the life and routines of the people on The Isle of Berk. Volt is an intelligent dragon and understands human speech well. Extremely protective towards his rider Chase and easily agitated, he is always on the lookout for danger and must patrol his Chase's house three times before bed. Impatient and easily angered he is not a lover of games. Preferring the thrills of the hunt and battle, he always has a plan even when his Chase doesn't. He is prideful and should not be insulted face-to-face at any cost. He will never give up and fight to the death unless his rider instructs differently. Once you get to know him however he is a loyal friend and keeps good company. He hates water but has a soft-side for Salmon. He may seem bad to some but means well at heart. He becomes excited during storms as he is brought to full power and has been known to unknowingly release blasts of stored electricity from his skin. Chase's Dragon, One must remember to never carry metal weapons and/or items while riding Volt or electrocution may be inevitable.
Timberjack/DragonGirl8998/Blade: As a teenage Timberjack, Blade is quite larger than most dragons. But she can be considered to be somewhat smaller than other Timberjack's her age. She is a red dragon with tiny steaks of orange under her wings. Blade is very protective of her rider, Asher. She makes up for Asher's tendency to be overly trusting and softspoken at times by being blunt with everyone (as blunt as a dragon can be) while she may be caring with her rider, it takes her a long while before warming up to others. Even Asher's friends. Belongs to Asher
Monstrous Nightmare/HideousZippleback/Firelash:Firelash has long curled ebony colored horns which curl upwards towards her head near the end of the horn length. She has black upperbody and red underbelly. She is hotheaded and very stubborn. Though she has a soft spot for her rider's brother, though she doesn't show it. Firelash also has a tendency to flame up when she sees someone she dislikes and will potentially attack them if they annoy her enough. Belongs to Svalva
Type/AndyMay/Rhaegal: Emerald Green with a bronze hue. Rhaegal is the brother of Drogon and Viserion. Due to their similar size he and Viserion rarely get along and tend to fight a large amount. That is until their brother, Drogon steps in. Rhaegal is currently a Riderless Dragon, and instead opts to simply fly alongside his brother and his Rider. Rhaegal could, in comparison to his brothers, be considered a much more friendly Dragon, the only time you should really be afraid is when he's having a fight with his brother Viserion. But the rest of the time he is much more docile.
Type/AndyMay/Viserion: Golden scales with orange wings.
Viserion is much like his brother Rhaegal. I.e. He's always fighting and trying to assert his dominance over his brother. Much like Rhaegal Viserion is yet to find a rider so follows his brother rider around instead. Viserion, much like Drogon is an agressive dragon, although not nearly as dangerous as his larger brother, he is still not to be crossed.
Skrill/Gallifreyan Dragon/Stormrider (Stormy, for short) : Stormy is a small Skrill, with a mixture of bluish colors all around his body and has goldish yellow eyes. Stormhunter is a friendly dragon, unlike most of Skrills. He's always close when needed and chooses not to fight against other dragons. Loves to fly, is always curious about everything around (and getting in trouble because of that) and adores to be around his friend Hunter.Tamed by Hunter.
