My favorite was," I looked at him and I saw myself." I also like the one in the httyd 2 trailer where valka says to hiccup "you've got the heart of a chief and the soul of a dragon" :$

And when hiccup and his father are fighting and when stoic says "they've killed HUNDREDS OF US", Hiccup says, "And we've KILLED THOUSANDS OF THEM."
