Just to show her trying to move forward with Hiccup. Excellent idea, it would really have put something between leaving the cove and the Kill Ring. I'm glad you agree :']

I'd would've liked to see Hiccup maybe encounter some more types of wild dragons in the wild other than those in training and I'd like to see how the other teens reacted at first to his new leg. Also I'd have liked to see how the other teens got around to taming the dragons between the dragon's being let out by hiccup for the teens scene and the Red Death scene. PS. Did anyone else think the island should have had a little more life than just the dragons and fish?Like maybe a few birds or something or perhaps a few more varied types of wild dragons?

Like actual birds or just the bird sounds? Must watch movie again.........

((I was just mostly being a little shit in the above comment)) There are quite a few birds that fly out of the cove when hiccup first approaches it, and during Forbidden Friendship, Toothless looks at a bird flying out of it's nest. Also, during Test Drive, seagull like birds are shown.
