I was meaning to join up for ages. Before I became a member, I looked at the clips. I've been a proud fan of this franchise for four years. Probably longer than any of you, if I do say so myself...

This is going to be semi long..

So- in 2010 when the first movie came out, I wasn't paying much attention to movies at the time.. so the first time I saw the film, was on a plane trip to London and HTTYD was one of the movies available to watch- so I watched it... at 30,000 ft in the air.. flying music.. AHH the Irony in that alone...and I remember liking it then too...

After that I didn't give the movie much thought... until the trailer in front of Frozen came up and I was wondering WHY I wasn't into this, and I had also forgot Hiccup's name by then, but... tada.. a few months later- I found myself on School of Dragons because I was bored and then I went onto buy the movie in HD off of iTunes and got HOOKED...

I then preceded to buy the DVDs of Dragons so... and I m allready going crazy over the sequel..

Saw the film, LOVED IT. Then I lurked some tumblr blogs for a long time before getting into the fandom on tumblr. I've made some amazing friends beause of this film and I'm so glad to have you all to fangirl with me!!

No one noticed that 'Celine Ladice' is an anagram to 'IcelandicEel'? ^o) I am really disappointed.

I googled "Celine Ladice" because I thought it was a director I'd never heard of. Turns out it was me all along.

Oh Max.. You silly, adorable little dragon king.

WELL I was jumping around in a lot of fandoms before Dragons, Bolt, Brother Bear, Full Metal Alchemist, etc. but one day at school we watched about the first half hour of HTTYD so (we finished at Forbidden Friendship) and I was like well it was OK then that night I had a big 4 hour drive to the city to do something IDE remember but I was like "Well Dads gonna drive so I'll watch a movie." Picked out my sisters old copy of HTTYD "Might as well." And I was on my own for a bit then, hearing rumors of number 2, stumbled upon this site and here we are 3 years later :3 :wub:

I didn't even notice the movie for a couple of years :p There weren't that many ads for it and when I saw the title I didn't think much of it (so ashamed ) but then at around October/November 2013 it just happened to be on tv and my sister and myself sat down to watch it.

I loved it from that day on I watched it four times on the first week I had it :L (got it on amazon along with watching ALL of the dob episodes), as well as the shorts....

and when I like movies I immediately look for a sequel online and that brought me to the Grapevine or more specifically the countdown clock, and a couple of days later I had an account :L

'Cause she's was in the fandom since the books came out and I think she was offended that you were saying you were before any one else...
