I didn't read the books (to avoid spoilers) but what I've seen so far all of them have massive spoilers, especially 'A Dragon Heroes Story' and 'Dragon Mountain Adventure'. The complete story of the movie are in these books.

'All about the Dragons' is like the guide, it include some news about the new dragons. It's also confirmed that we will see a Snaptrapper in the movie.


Please do not post pages of the books here which have big spoilers on it and pack all of them into a spoiler bar.

I saw Draw-It Dragons and another racing book (I can't remember the exact title) at the bookstore about a week ago. Neither of them had any spoilers, aside from a few more minor details - there was basically just more information on the dragon races at the beginning and on the characters/dragons themselves.

I just got The Art of HTTYD for my birthday! I really love it, I was missing out! Can't wait to get The Art of HTTYD 2! Is it good?

I don't know if it is good. When I opened it the first time, I saw a picture I didn't know and I closed it immediately. Now I am afraid of opening it again. But I bet it is good.


Thanks Foxlight! I will look after this second race book. But I think Draw-it-Dragons is no story or information book.

Does the art book have a lot of big spoilers in it? Or are they not that bad? I have it and I want to read it, but if it has big stuff in it, then I'll wait.

It is not very spoilery except near the end and one part talking about Valka and Stoick.
