Weird, I'm in the level 31-37 zone but it says I can't upgrade the Meade hall til I have 7 dragons at level 37... But I need 176 Vikings before I can upgrade the Training Academy so I can Get a dragon to level 37... It makes no sense..
I'm at the same point, but are you sure your reading the upgrade requirements right? Because mine says 7 dragons at level 36, not 37.
You're right, it's level 36...
I still have to get like 6 more dragons to that level anyways soo it'll be a while..

Couldnt have been TOO rare, lol, I have one in the hatchery and another in Toothless' bag

For some reasons, the Facebook version is a bit wonky today. I tried to log in twice but after the loading screen and I clicked away the pop-in message that tells you the limited time offers, the game froze(and possibly crashed, because there isn't any music coming out) and I have to refresh the page. (And I'm not even using Google Chrome...Not that I'm against using Google Chrome.)
