Pretty much the entire ending speech especially the way hiccup says "our dragons!!" XD
And
"Your father always said you'd be the strongest of them all, and he was right"- valka (I think that's how it goes)

There were some pretty good quotes from valka

Agreed, in my opinion, this is one of the greatest speeches ever given in a movie.
It says so much about stoic.
Dragons, need I say more.

Hiccup, chief of berc, dragon master.
Toothless, alpha dragon.
