Hoark the Haggard, Starkard, Ug, Teeny, No-Name
They were in the credits of the movie. Book fans might recognize the name Ug by the way.
My guess is they were Erets henchmen.

Hoark and Starkard are pictured here. These are both from the first movie, but it's the two correct characters. I couldn't find pictures of the rest. They probably each only have a line or two in the second movie. I know that a viking says "Look, there's Hiccup" near the end of the second movie, so I'm sure that's one of them.

Hoark and Starkard are vikings. Starkard gives Stoick "raport" about dragons attacking Berk at the beggining of the movie. Hoark... Hoark only said "Morning" to Hiccup.
In 2nd movie Hoark (or Starkard... But i'm almost sure that was Hoark) appears in scene where Stoick takes his order...
Ug and Teeny are Erets henchmen. No-name is probably Dragos soldier, who said "Take them down" in the battle.
I hope i'm right, now i don't have possibility to check that

And in the first film, what about phlegma the fierce? (I know she's in school of dragons, but what was her line in the film?)

I think she's the one who says "Congratulations, Stoick, everyone is SO relieved!" when the vikings come back from trying to find the nest in the first film

No-Name might have been the short guy in Eret's crew- the one with the hood- but he could also have been Teeny. I think he was the one who said "And Drago don't take well to excuses."
His parents must have been really mean to call him No-Name...

And yet the show just gave Heather a totally lazy, every day name.
