So, I think everybody remembers the scene where Stoick first sees Valka again after 20 years. If you don't, it's that one scene that made you flood the theater with tears........or....at least one of the scenes....

anyways,

right before Stoick sees her, as Hiccup is talking to Stoick, Gobber sees Valka. When Stoick arrived, all he says is, "umm, you MIGHT wanna take this one....oh boy...." to Stoick. But what did he say to Valka? With Gobber's personality and humor, he was bound to say something sarcastic. Or at least make a funny gesture.

Because I'm curious, what do you think Valka would've done if the dragon rider she captured happened to be Stoick rather than Hiccup?

Lets let the fanfiction writers decide that

I don't really think gobber would have said anything, he seemed very shocked

I have to admit, I expect he probably just caught a glimpse, maybe a double-take and then that scene started.

Stoick as the dragon rider she would probably have been a little more intimidating towards him (being an obviously bigger figure than Hiccup), if she didn't already recognise him that is.

Here's just what I pictured in my mind when this happened: Gobber starting forward for a second. Then, realizing who it is, stalls, stares in shock for a few seconds, opening his mouth like he's going to say something, closes it, opens it again, and then turns around to Stoick and Hiccup.

Honestly, I don't think gobber said anything. I think he was in shock when he saw her, then stoick and hiccup walks up.

I'm kind of hoping that Stoick would have more of an objection than Hiccup to being kidnapped. It might be overly optimistic on my part, but on the other hand, it's fairly easy to have a greater reading than zero on the objection meter.
