It was left that he came from a far away place and that's it. Speculating is probably the closest you'll come to where he could *possibly* come from.

At this point, this early, any guess is awesome, even Nazis. Because just saying that means that you've universalized it, and now I'm thinking "ok, what do they have in common? The propaganda machine, of course!" Hitler used to rant about how bad "those other guys" were, to get support as well. |
