If it is flashbacks or something like that, I really hope they don't overdo it, no flashback montages please. And even though it's unlikely that it will happen, no "omg stoick wasnt rly ded lel" stuff either. Nononononono.

Also, I read somewhere that is was originally going to be Gobber who saved Hiccup, not Stoick, and that it was Guillermo del Toro who was like, "You know, it should really be Stoick." So in a way, this "new antagonist" has already killed Stoick, but saved Gobber.  |

I did read somewhere that Dragons 3 will contain more scenes with the gang as kids, pre-HTTYD. Obviously, Stoick would still be alive then. But I don't really know, that was just something Deblois brought up in an interview about the third movie. |
