I'm really disappointed with the Light Fury's design and I'm very worried about the movie in general. Very sad right now.

This is kind of how I felt when I first saw it too tbh. However, I think it could be a LOT worse- at least it isn't just a Toothless recolor, there is potential to make it an adapted subspecies of Night Fury which would be a plausible explanation. I'm a little worried too though, and you're entitled to your opinion on the design. Hopefully it'll look a little less awkward in the trailer.

Imma be honest. I like it. It's chill. I hate her ears though. Her small bitty ears look like the dumbest thing I've ever seen. otherwise ok it's ok.

She looks like the puff monster in ghostbusters. But I'm fine. I'm chill.

Saw this in facebook and womeone commented as to why a femal night fury is white, like wouldnt that defreat the pourpose of being a night fury

I hope they explain the choice of making her white and hope they dont pull a Kung Fu Panda and use a yin-yang reasoning for it or try to say toothless is a night fury and the female is like a day or sunfurry

Hope to see how they put this all together but very skeptical cause dreamworks to me has a nack for giving up around the 3rd and 4th itteration of their movies

I personally like the Light Fury, her ears are a bit weird but that's a small detail that I don't mind

I just realized toothless isnt wearing a saddle....
Does this mean that hiccup made toothless another self adjusting tail like GOTNF or is it symbolism that toothless is free to live his own life

Also toothless and the new girl have the same eye colors as Hicstrid

Nooo, we've already named her (at least people on Tumblr have)! Nubless!

So now we have Toothless, Nubless and Legless!

Meh... I’m not feeling the light fury design

I initially wasn't a fan of the Light Fury concept, but now that I see her, I actually like the design.
The absence of spines is a bit weird, as well as her tiny earplates, but on the other hand I'm in love with her light-blue eyes, because I hoped that the White Night Fury wouldn't have green eyes.

So overall this new Dragon was a positive surprise to me.
