Terrible Terror

1. What flies beneath
This episode shows that Toothless isn't a cutty puppy, but a dragon who sometimes just wants to settle things on his own and can get quite aggressive if his will is ignored.
2. Portrait of Hiccup as a buff man
The father-son-conflict of the movie isn't solved completely after the movie and this episode portraits the problems between Hiccup and Stoick really good. Stoick wanting a stronger son, and Hiccup doing dangerous things just prove himself to his father.
3. Gem of a different Color
I liked Fishlegs in this episode because he decided to face Snotlout and stand up for what he thinks is the right thing.

I like "portrait of Hiccup as a buff man" because I love the confidence it gives Hiccup and it's very inspirational.

When Lightning Strikes. Such a memorable episode. The conversation and dialogue was witty, ingenious and humorous and the concept was very well developed. I still laugh about Astrid's great aunt, the backwards knee and the 'walking on eggshells' parts. As well as the perch over the water supply. Brilliant.

To me, Thawfest is the most meaningful episode among all dragons series. This episode has demonstrated perfectly how one should uphold the true essence of sportsmanship and friendship, regardless whether the other party should return the gratitude. Not many children's show demonstrates this lesson as perfect as this episode (Sowehow I do think that it should have won an annie award… but anyway). Hiccup has never the less exhibit the best virtue of a leader, or should I say "Haddock Charm" :D ~~~ And Astrid ships that :astrid:

How to pick you're dragon= this one shows hiccup trying to convince his dad that dragons can be used to help him be a better chief. And the flight that stoick takes with hiccup shows him another view of berk he has never seen before.

Dragon flower= the dragons would do anything to help and protect berk. And In this one the dragons are depending on the vikings to help save their lives.

Hiccup as a buff young man= this one to me shows me hiccup wanting stoick to see him for the person he is. So he tries to prove to stoick he can be just as strong the way he is. Then stoick finally sees him for who he really is.

There are more that I also like, but these are among my most favorite.
Dragons, need I say more.

Hiccup, chief of berc, dragon master.
Toothless, alpha dragon.
You and me bud we can do this, as one.
It's just a zipple misunderstanding

I haven't watched enough of the episodes to decide. That one where the twins were pelting each other with fruits was hilarious though.
