We all heard the new season for DreamWorks Dragons will be released on Netflix. I haven't heard anything about it being posted on Cartoon Network or anywhere else but Netflix. So, I'm curious about it.

Does that mean it will air LIVE on Netflix or...Because I might just get an account if so, it would be awesome to view it at my own leisure and not wait for it to come online on some animation website. So...anything about that?

I am under the impression that the seasons will be uploaded in their entirety, ensuring plenty of binge watching!

Yeah I'm really not sure how that's going to work. Netflix releases its own stuff all at once but I don't know if DW and Fox will follow suite. They might want to keep the hype up until HTTYD 3 and release it weekly but I haven't read much into it. Besides there isn't much to read now anyways... All we know now is that season three will premiere on Netflix in 2015 so let's wait and see.

Am I the only one who is scouring google searches every week or so to look for news regarding the series?

Nope. I mostly just want the first two seasons on Netlfix so I can re-watch them in better quality than the pirated versions I saw them in over the summer.

Quick tidbit: Spring officially starts March 20th of this year. With this in mind, I am guessing it will be a March air date.

I am not looking for pirated versions, looking for the premiere date. XD

Which btw, I talked to netflix support.. and the guy told me the following:

-Searched the system, no air date yet but set for Spring 2015
-All shows air all episodes at once, including dragons, to watch whenever you want
-Episodes will be available through their streaming service
-Offer free trial for new members
-About 8 bucks a month
-Basic is 7.99 stream on one device
-Watch on two screens at once; 8.99 a month
-Four screens at once at 11.99 a month and you get HD
(So depending on what you want, about 8-12 bucks per month)
-There is an authorization phase where they take a payment out and put it back in to check your bank to make sure its legit.


Sooo.. this answers if we will get them weekly. We will evidently get them all at once, and this way you guys will know what service to subscribe to. If you have any questions go here to ask a netflix representative;

^Apparently yes... Which for me is good and bad. Good cause we don't have to wait but bad because we don't have to wait. I liked having one episode a week...gave me something to look forward to.

You could always just discipline yourself to only watch an episode a week.

Than again I'm on a fan forum...like anybody's listening to that advice...
