I haven't personally heard of or seen that date being confirmed yet. Just that it's the date most sellers are currently using instead of just putting a "to be announced" or "to be determined" sort of thing. So I wouldn't get to saddened by that date just yet. Doesn't strictly mean the date is wrong it could be right, but I'm not sure I agree with that date considering when the book was first announced. |

I found a date of Febuary 15, 2017 on Dark Horse, is that new at all? |

I don't know how new it is, but the last time I posted on this topic was the last I had looked on Dark Horse for any info, and there wasn't anything then. So if they have finally given the comic a release date then I'd say that is officially the release date for "The Serpents Heir". Still not to happy about the next year release considering when this was first announced, but at least there is some confirmation now.
