What did you think of this short? EG the snippets of 2D animation?

Yeah, it is a bummer.

I loved the Boneknapper! I wished it would make a re-appearance as Gobber's Dragon in the series or in Part 2 but sadly............................

I dunno...I just didn't like this short as much as the other two. I think it was the incorporation of the 2-D scenes. GotNF was serious, yet heart-warming and will always be my fave. Book of Dragons was also nice because it focused more on the dragons.

LotBK did have some good moments, though. I like when they set the trap for the BoneKnapper and then Phil the sheep sets it off. When Gobber yelled "Phil!", I just lost it. That was so funny. Then, of course, Hiccup's classic line "Gobber, take off your pants!"

Yeah, there were redeeming qualities, but, overall, this short was kinda weak (my opinion).

It has its moments, and I love the design of the Boneknapper. I think a few parts of it may be a bit too silly for their own good though, particularly the bit about the hammerhead shark riding a hammerhead yak. For a real Dragons enthusiast such as those of us on this forum, it's still fairly enjoyable.

I think all of them are great for many different reasons.

I liked that one to, and keep your pants on gobber.
