I have another question to add to that. Should we post less to make it easier to download the forum before we move? |

When can we expect the move Not sure, but in the next few days. About half of the boards hosted by ZetaBoards have already been moved to TapaTalk, so we're very much in the lucky half. what company is the forum planning on moving to There is really only one free forum provider still around, jcink, however I'm thinking of hosting the forums on one of my servers instead, which gives me much more control, and is the easiest option to import into. how can we expect to find the new site when it does I'll put a message on the grapevine chat, and also on my Twitter page. http://www.twitter.com/hictooth Should we post less to make it easier to download the forum before we move? Probably not, hopefully I'll be able to migrate everything across well. Soon I'll be asking for a few volunteers to help.me with the migration, just to go through the new forum and see if there are any errors with the conversion. If you'd like to help, PM me. |

omg I'm so late to this whole thing, that's what happens when you haven't been active in four years I guess! I really appreciate the email, it's super nice to be informed of what's going on. life got in the way the past few years, and it's great to come back to this dragony goodness, I just wish it was under better circumstances. I'm sure you've already made the decision by now, but I also agree with everyone else about switching to a new provider, tapatalk doesn't look so great |
