Am i the only one that noticed that there is a bit of score in the movie that for whatever reason never made it onto the soundtrack?

It's the bit where Toothless, Stormfly, Hiccup, and Astrid escape from Eret. The soundtrack jumps from right after Stormfly crashes straight to Stoic locking down the stables. The music from the actual escape itself never made it onto the disk. Unfortunate, since it was rather epic.
You're not the only one who noticed that. Hopefully someone will make an expanded soundtrack on YouTube or something.
