So, as probably everyone who's been around for the past 2 years knows already, I enjoy creating 3D art with Blender. So, I have decided to create a thread for showcasing some of my dragon-esque work. :D Enjoy!

To begin with, I'll post this:

As you can probably guess, I did this to celebrate the tenth anniversary of HTTYD's release on March 26th, 2020. It is not strictly an original work; I adapted a piece of traditional art shared by NightLightNadderWhip on the Dragon Chat. My greatest accomplishment in this piece would probably have to be Toothless' pose. Have you any idea how hard it is to pose a Night Fury and make it look good? ^) All in all, I am quite happy with how this came out. :)

These are just a couple of the many angles from which I've rendered the "set" for a personal project I'm working on. I am really happy with how the courtyard came out, and you can be sure I'll be messing with it for a good while! :)

You could say I was inspired to create this piece by a greeting from Skyrim. "Drem yol lok", which translates to "Peace fire sky", is the standard greeting in the Dragontonge ("Dovahzul"), as I understand. However, as I have never played the game, I cannot absolutely guarantee the veracity of that. But anyway, it occurred to me that such a phrase would also make an excellent "goodbye", so I created this. Despite being a very quick, almost sketch-like scene, I'd say it turned out great! :D
