NOOOOO, Android doesn't have Cocoppa :( are there any icon changing apps that are as good as Cocoppa for android?
I haven't found one yet. And btw I'm using a launcher right now, changes your whole screen and stuff. The icon customization comes with it.

Your point is? I live in a place that uses Fahrenheit btw. That is why I shuddered. -2 F is too cold even for my amazingly warm winter coat.
