I like Berkians as well, since "hooligans" is an actual word and (though it's not used a whole lot today) has negative connotations. I also don't recall if they've ever referred to them as the the Hairy Hooligan tribe in the movies/tv shows, but I just binge-watched the RoB and DoB series and there was an episode where Hiccup used the term "Berkians" when referring to their tribe (I believe he was talking to Tuffnut on Outcast Island? Some of the episodes are a blur to me). Plus "Berkians" has the "-ians" sound that I like a la "Whovians" (Doctor Who fandom). ;-)

I don't think Hooligans would be a good one because there are both Movieverse and Bookverse fans here and they have never been called 'Hooligans' in the Movieverse (at least, to the best of my knowledge). 'Berkians' however is perfect since Berk is in both Movieverse and Bookverse.
No...it has been called once. Stoick referred the tribe as the Hairy Hooligans in Rider's of Berk once, if I remember correctly.

And before you say the TV series and the movie universe doesn't connect, I consider them to be connected, so I'm talking from my perspective.
Nothing is in this signature, except this sentence describing that there is nothing in this signature.

Seriously, I, [INSERT USERNAME HERE] have nothing to say here. Continue on with your viewing of not-so regularly scheduled posts.

Sorry to interrupt, I just wanna say....uh...what was I trying to say again? Never mind, continue reading.

I thought it was Gobber, in episode 2. But I may be making scenes up in my head now lol

The problem is, there's a lack of a consensus right now. We could really do with more people voting on this one!

Both my favorite fandoms would rhyme if we went with 'Berkians', and it rolls off the tongue for me. 'Berkians' just sounds right when I think HTTYD fandom.
