If you can, could you do a Skrill one???
I've never drawn a Skrill before, but I can try any scene in particular from the program? (for the audio)

YESSSS those would be amazing! I think I'll do the Snotlout one. The language is Post-Lightning Snotlout, or something like that, right?

While the resolution isn't the best, most of the RoB/DoB episodes (apart from Bing! Bam! Boom! and Cast Out Part I) are on YouTube, and they can be downloaded. Again, the quality is a bit strange, and I think that they cut some of the image out to evade copyright infringement laws (that I would have to check...), but you can find them.
Side note - both Bing! Bam! Boom! and Cast Out Part I are actually on YouTube, but I am very OCD about what I watch, and as another copyright evasion tactic, the versions of those episodes on YouTube have the sound increased in pitch. Which gets really annoying, especially with Hiccup's pretty high-pitched voice already...
Also, I am not suggesting that this is definitely where one would find them. There are probably better places. I just haven't looked, because YouTube is where I search for stuff.

I never actually knew that the reason why the audio was high-pitched on some episodes on YouTube was because it was a copyright evasion tactic. I thought it was just a problem with the program they used to record the TV, and hadn't bothered to check it before uploading it.

Yeah, I mean, don't take my word as gospel. It could very easily be that I am reading too far into it. But that is my theory.

People are sneaky xD
Also there are loads of sites who put up anime/cartoon shows, and that's how I watched RoB/DoB in the first place, because I don't have Cartoon Network

I used to watch the episodes on a website called dubbedscene.com, but after not being on there for a while (as Season Two had finished)I checked back to discover that all the episodes didn't work...
Just because the season's finished, doesn't mean you have to stop the episodes from working...
