Meyla waved as Vlad approached. "Congrats! I didn't think anyone could last that long!" She smiled and hugged him, listening to the loud cheers of the crowd around them. Volt was happy to greet his rider as well. She smiled and tried to dry off the rest of her clothes since they were wet again. She looked at Hiccup briefly and back to Vlad again. "I think I have to go. I'll see you at the event after lunch though," she gave a short wave, and quick pat to Volt. |

Svalva was winning this!' he thought, while observing Svalva stomp off with Hiccup running to catch her to give her some comfort. 'Hm... Who could possibly be this mysterious hooded person?' He thought when he saw someone getting next to Hiccup and the others. 'Maybe a new tr-' Thoughts cut off again when he another splashing, '-ainer.. Well, there goes Vlad. At least he tried. And the winner is Dany, what a surprise!' He let out a smile, observing Vlad help out Dany. "I'll go now get my things, see ya later!" Hunter said to Asher, while putting on his armor, 'I'll need to break my records to get everything in time... Well, this is why I'm wearing a Steel armor.' |

She did it! She actually did it! Dany couldn't believe it, she had actually won the event! She elegantly dived into the water once she heard the splash of the final contestant. She quickly swam to the edge of the pool where the other contestant, Vlad if she recalled correctly, helped her out of the water. "Congrats!" he told her, "You almost turned my legs to jelly!" "Thanks... You were... pretty good damn yourself" She panted. She offered her hand [not in marriage] to Vlad, he took it and they exchanged a rather meagre handshake, mainly due to their exhaustion). "I thought I was going to lose that then... you just didn't want to give up!" Gods she was so exhausted it was hard for her to talk. As Vlad walked off to join the others Dany gestured to her Dragons to come down and meet her. She would need them if she wanted to avoid suffering from hypothermia. [Her Dragons emit quite a large amount of body heat, due to the high temperatures of their fires, and their high shot limits. If they kept it all in, they'd cook from the inside out] |

"Dany won! That was pretty cool." Asher said with a half grin before turning to Hunter. "I'll meet you up after you do... whatever it is you're gonna do that you won't let me in on." She continued, giving a half laugh as the crowd started dispersing for lunch. Asher went over to the pen where her dragon, pulling the door open and scratching her just the she liked. "Hey girl, you missed me?" She said with a smile. "Come on." She said, as she went over to Dany and others "Congratulations guys! You all did great." |

After putting his armor on, he climbed on Stormy's back and took off. "Hey bud, I need to get somethings at our house now, can you take me there?", Hunter asked Stormy, who nodded. "We'll need to break our records today, so.. Are you prepared?", Stormy nodded again. "Thank you buddy, when we get back, I'll grab something to eat, now let's go!" Hunter said and prepared, and Stormy shot like an lightning bolt, almost disappearing into thin air. Hunter didn't notice something... Something he forgot at the arena... His backpack. |

Svalva waited until everyone was out of the arena before she flung an axe, which had been laying inside the arena, towards the now still log. Anger burned through her as she smashed the axe against the wall of the arena repeatedly. She was failing and she hated herself for it. Right as she swung the axe, ready to throw it she noticed something laying on the ground. Curiosity spiking she walked over too the object and realized it was a form of backpack. "Huh. I wonder who's this is?" she said to herself as she picked it up and inspected it. Noticing the smell of lightning she realized it must be Vlad's--or Hunter's-- which ever one was weird enough to carry around a backpack to the Thawfest games. Smirking when she realized it HAD to be Hunter's she started walking out of the arena, backpack in hand, to find Hunter. |

"You gonna get your dragon?" Vlad asked playfulyy. "If it's okay with You and Hiccup, mind if I tag along?" Vlad really wanted to see Meyla's attempt at "training" a dragon. He always loved to try and guess which dragon would match which rider and to see how far off he was when a bond was actually formed. |

Dany decided that she would stay in the arena for now and get some rest. As Drogon settled she proper herself up on his side and tried to get some shut eye, when she suddenly heard what sounded like someone chopping wood. She slowly stood up to see that Svalva girls throwing an axe at the log they had just been running on. "What are you doing?" she muttered before curling back up with Drogon. Thinking nothing more of the girl. She was probably just having a 'moment'. [Svalva couldn't see Dany due to her being behind Drogon. And his wing would've been in the way] |

Meyla nodded shyly. "Yeah we were going to go. Especially cause we have a couple hours." She looked from Vlad to Hiccup and back, "yeah I guess you can come, sure. Just double check with Hic. If you want to come sure." She beamed up at him. (How tall is Vlad anyways?) |
