Meyla wasn't sure about leaving. "I... need to talk to Jay. But how about after that?" She smiled. She froze, unsure about him running his fingers through her hair... but she found it surprisingly relaxing and soon adjusted, even found it relaxing. They sat for quite awhile in silence before she remembered something. "Hey... I thought I saw you rescue a feel people in that fire, after I got Hiccup out. Was she okay?" |

"Of course we'll talk to Jay first.You asked me first after all." He was happy that she was willing to come. He felt her stiffen at first then relax under his hand, He was glad she didn't seem to mind. "The girl I took to the Village healer? Her name was Shard. She was with us on the tour actually. She had a pet Terror with her as well. She's actually Half-Skrill. She looked pretty disappointed that I had to leave. I wanna talk to her though. She's the first Half-Skrill I've seen other than myself. Her history could prove to be interesting." He looked down at Meyla. "She had a broken wing but it seemed much better. She said she won't be able to fly for a week or two though while it heals." |

Meyla shrugged. "That's cool... Skrills are rare. Any chance she could be your sister?" she laughed, meaning it as a joke. "Well, glad to know she's okay. Is it... okay if I stay here tonight? It's too far and I'm tired." She smiled. "Looks like Kaida is already asleep anyways," the dragon lay behind them fast asleep. |

Shard meanwhile was setting up camp. This is because about an hour ago she found she couldn't sleep, so she decided to make use of her time and start gathering some branches and underbrush to make a make shift house. Building the frame she took some of the longer more durable branches and made them all come together in to make a little dome. Then she covered the outside with moss, leaves and smaller branches to fill in the holes. After she was done the little shelter was large enough for both her and Siren to sleep in without trouble. Speaking of the terrible terror she looked over to see him sitting up fully awake wagging his tall like a puppy. How long he had been like that? She did not know but she did know that they should get back to sleep. So taking Siren in hand she walked over to the shelter before crawling inside. Siren burst free of her arms once inside and found a comfortable place on one of the sides to. Shard close her eyes too in no time at all she fell asleep. |

"Could me and a couple of my friends maybe join you sometime?" Jay asked shyly. "Not like, as queen of the Dragonwings. Just... as me. The queen wouldn't be making an appearance." She sounded almost wistful at the thought of not being the queen for a while... settling into Berk over the last month had been very busy and she still wasn't completely sure how to be queen, even after a year. |

Vlad was shocked by her question. He wanted to ask her to stay the night himself but he was too scared. "Of course!" he said a little too enthusiastically. He saw Volt sigh and lay down. Watching him and Meyla to see how things would turn out. "But do you want to sleep out here or in the tent? It's completely up to you and it would be fine either way as it is a cloudless night. Kaida can sleep inside if she wants as well as Volt usually sleeps inside with me so it's not a problem." He waited for her response while listening to the soft, steady puffs of her breath on his chest. |

Meyla smiled against him, " you actually got your dragon in that tent?" She chuckled, and found herself listening to his heartbeat, which sped up when she mentioned staying, making her curious. "Let's stay out here." She moved back to rest on his shoulders, with her eyes half closed. |
