The needles were removed and she breathed a sigh of relief. Since she had nothing to do now, she decided to head back to the pond and continue sleeping. She'd had enough excitement for a day. |

Meyla was sorting out medicines outside the first aid hut as an injured soloist sat next to her and helped. They chatted happily in the soft daylight as Pandora approached. "Hey! How goes everything?" Kaj woke the next day, clean and ready. He through on his clothes and made sure the mud and war paint was stripped from his white hair and pale skin. His father greeted him heartily, "I can't wait to meet these new friends of yours... but you realize... if they cause any problems..." he gestured to the throat like he was cutting it. Kaj grimaced. "I don't know them. Not my friends. We should establish boundaries, and that they do not over stock on food that should be ours." He stated. The Chief grunted and just staggered out of the room, but not before replying with: "well when you fetch them, I'll be in the elders hut." Kaj began his journey into the woods, and it wasn't hard to find the camp- from their light fires sending smoke into the air. He waited patiently among the brush for the greeting party. |

Pandora sat down next to Meyla and sighed. "Well, I hope nothing too horrible happens. But I need to find some people take with me to a peace meeting that was arranged yesterday. We're going in the morning apparently. I need two people. Want to join me?" Pandora asked. She wanted to get the question out there so that she have at least one person with her when the morning came. |

Meyla sat in surprise. "Wait... Natives? There are other people living here?" She blinked. She would never pass up an opportunity to make peace with a culture unlike her own. Humanity, or the new colony, was a new civilization. Who knew what they could learn from these people! "Of course I will! What do they look like? Do they speak our language? What are they like?" She beamed. |

"I think it's better if you hold your questions until you meet them yourself. If you're coming with me to meet with them as a representative of the colony, you might have some answers," Pandora said. She hoped that Meyla would take the bait. She needed to find one more person if Meyla agreed. |

Meyla stood up. The fact that Pandora was choosing her made her feel like a valued leader of the colony, which she never knew if she was. She'd take the opportunity, if not to at least learn. She needed to protect these people anyhow. "Alright, I'll go get ready." She hopped up and inside the nearest hut to fetch some things before reappearing. "When do we leave?" |

Vlad saw Windleasher get up to leave. He stopped her by gently placing his hand on her back "Her Windleasher, we're not done here yet," he smiled at her, understanding that she wanted to sleep. "Here's what, how about you just let me remove your old tailfin first? Then you can go rest and give it some time and we'll finish the procedure tomorrow! You'll even get to sleep while I'm doing it!" He said the last part remembering that she would be put under anesthesia. |

[I think I've gotten caught up... At least I tried xD  ]Hiccup had overheard the conversation of Pandora and Meyla, thinking it would be sort of interesting to come. Then again, Pandora he had only talked to once, and Meyla he hadn't talked to at all. It would simply make the whole thing awkward for all of them if he opened his mouth on the subject, which is why he walked past them silently, not saying a word. The brunette hoped they'd take no notice of him whatsoever, yet secretly there was a part of him that wished that they'd ask him to come. |

As she was just about to leave, a hand touched her on the back. What now? Remove the tailfin? It sounded absurd, but by then she trusted Vlad, so she turned, nodded, and waited for any further instructions. |

Pandora noticed a figure walking past Meyla and her. "I'll find you later, make sure to be ready," Pandora said to Meyla, before walking off behind the figure. She soon caught up to it and saw that it was Hiccup. "Hey, What do you say to going with me to settle a possible dispute between us and the native humanoids on the planet before a war breaks out? I am supposed to bring two people with me and I was thinking you would be perfect to help me and Meyla," She said in a hurry. She hoped that Hiccup would say 'yes' so she didn't have to play the 'higher authority' card on him. |
