Meyla ate quickly, glad that the dragons hadn't devoured their food. "Let's keep some of this for the trip, just incase," she packed it up. She loaded Kaidas saddle with anything they might need and hopped on. "Well... Let's go find your sister," she smiled over at him. She suddenly vaught herself staring- She realized that Vlad meant more to her than anybody she knew... And she didn't know how that had happened, but she had been blind to it. He was handsome and strong and smart and... Well, everything she was really. She looked away and quickly tapped her dragon, and they disappeared up above the trees. |

Vlad finished packing and took of behind her. He rode Volt this time, not because he wanted to but because he felt he should as Meyla was riding Kaida. He flew next to her and looked at her flying beside him. Her hair was already a mess as the wind tore at it, pulling it behind her, she wore travelling clothes which hid most of her figure and she had a determined look on her face. It seemed to him like she would help him find his sister or die trying. To Vlad she looked beautiful. He realized he was staring and looked ahead of him. He tried to adjust himself on Volt's saddle and one of his spikes stuck Vlad in his lower back. He winced and arched forward, rubbing his back. It was going to be a long journey. |

Meyla tried to stay focused on the task at hand. With a long time of navigating and maps and compasses, Vlad got them to an island that seemed deserted at first. But she knew this island had a town on it that Berk would occasionally trade with. "Is she here? We can keep going." Sh stretched her legs and fetched a snack, handing one to Vlad as well. Kaida had quickly slumped on the beach and rested her wings. |

"I don't think so," he said warily. "Skrill DragonWings are the rarest next to NightFuries. If she had been here, we would've known already. Let's try another one." This time he took off with Volt flying behind him. He couldn't take sitting in that saddle anymore. He had already been poked three other times and he was not going for a fifth. He needed to stretch his wings anyway and he preferred flying to riding. What was the point of having wings if you never used them. Flying brought freedom and it was that freedom that Vlad enjoyed most. He knew Volt preferred it that way as well as it meant less weight for him to carry. He wondered why Meyla didn't fly as well. |

Meyla held close to Kaida as they flew towards he horizon. She wondered if she could possibly navigate while flying, but decided not to try. "There should be another small one up ahead." She called over to him. "Let's check it out." |

She'll be on that one.] Vlad saw her look a him longingly then fumble with the map and he realized why she wasn't flying He quickly soared over to her and plucked the map and compass out of her hands. "I'll take those" he said "I think you deserve a little free-flying more than I do. He flew over to Volt and settled on his back once more, opening the map in front of him. |

hi im réka im developing a mildly unhealthy obsession with obiwan kenobi (more like obiwan kenoBAE am i right) my personal tumblr is ninja-stop im also writing a fantasy/humor novel called RESET which i won nanowrimo 2015 with i have a writing tumblr for it if you wanna check that out yeah thats it this probably isnt what should go in a signature but w/e i have 2 pet buns | |

(I'm open) Shard walked into the village with Siren on her shoulder. It was cloudy a bit (lots of storms where I am right now) but she didn't mind she was half Skrill she practically lived for storms! Speaking of half Skrills Vlad, Volt and Meyla had been gone for days now. The good thing is in those couple days her wing had greatly improved and she expected to be flying by weeks end. Walking through the village she search for far iliac faces amongst the crowd of people. |
