Hiccup looked to the dragon in sadness. "He hurt you for speaking your mind?..." He asked. "But that isn't fair..." The ginger stated and reached a hand out, slowly, to soothe her, petting her the same way he pet Toothless, when he was upset. |

"May I ask why your father wants me dead?" He questioned, slightly curious, for he had never done anything to him. He assumed her father just hated humans. |

"I don't know... he ripped my wing." she replied, and lifted her right wing. "And yes, my father hates humans because they killed my mother, Stardust. She was a great dragon, by the way." Athena raised her head and snuggled it onto Hiccup's lap. |

He looked at the tear carefully, but didn't touch it, knowing it would hurt. "It looks like it has the potential to heal in a couple of weeks.... Thankfully it didn't tear the membrane." He stated, observing it. |
