My theory is that Toothless tried to catch Hiccup by catching his leg. Thus causing it to be destroyed beyond repair. |

I dislike (as in hate) the thought of Toothless hurting Hiccup, so I'm gonna go with it being burnt. |
i'm not very active anymore!! it's sad, but i'll come back sometimes to feel nostalgic ahaha

Toothless biting of and eating Hiccup's foot would have been kind of funny. I can just see Hiccup waking up in bed after the battle and being sad and Toothless throwing up the foot like in the fish scene and returning it to Hiccup like here you go. And Hiccup being like, "Eeewweee. No Thanks Bud." It would have be a different ending lol. |

Broke in half?!?!?!?!?! I suppose it makes sense that it's down to Toothless, seen as in the Peg Leg clip he says "You couldn't save all of me, you just had to make it even!" |
Me? An otaku? Pfff. Yes I do like dragons if you're wondering. Doesn't seem like it from my profile pic n signature, I know, but I do.

I don't mean to be rude but I really think that person was being dishonest about that entire encounter.... |

Maybe so which is why I plan to ask a few people on twitter their opinions on it. |
