That was one of the best scenes in the whole movie. I almost wish they had extended the drama more between Hiccup and Toothless over what happened, but it was still heartbreaking enough as it was. |

Yes Being kleenex My friend was crying The other was tearing up I was heart broken The little girl in front of my mom was crying ao hard her mom had to cuddle her. This broke my heart too

I'll admit I was almost crying when Stoick died. And I NEVER dry during movies. But the part that was sort of heart breaking to me besides Stoick's death was when Snotlout and the gang lit Stoick's ship on fire and you see just how broken each character is by his death. |

oh wow! Most of the kids (only 3 or 4 really) were upset at this sceen. Especially when Hiccup yelled at Toothless and told him to get away. my friend lost it when she saw Snotlout crying. For me it was when Hiccup shouted madly and shoved Toothless away. Because since the trailer when Valka tells hiccup he's got a heart of a chief and a soul of a dragon i've expected Stoick to die so it wasnt as sad till Toothless was yelled at And i never cry or tear up in movies either. |

To be fair, I'm pretty sure I can make that scene funny. The joke would take months of planning, mind you, but maybe the kids already had a similar inside joke (or some other inside joke entirely) that made it humorous. |

Number of times I've watched the trailer: 18. My pet peeve: people who refer to complete strangers by their first name. The correct ways to refer to a "John Smith" whom you have never met are Smith, Mr Smith, or John Smith. Not "John". He's not your buddy. | |
