Will I get a chance to get Stormfly, Meatlug, or any of the others without paying a butt load of runes for them? (If you haven't noticed, I'm new to the game, lol) |

When you build their riders house they're heavily discounted. And with stormfly and meatlug you will actually get MORE runes when you buy them. |

The riders' dragons are more expensive to level up as well, but it pays off as they also gather more and for longer. |

Stormfly is also obscenely overpowered compared to every other dragon for some odd reason because she is a Deadly Nadder. 34.2K/h on both wood and fish... far, far better than any other dragon, even the 900 rune Unique legendary dragons. Is there honestly a reason to have anything but a legion of Deadly Nadders (and Toothless, obviously) on your island? Obviously it'd be luck (or a lot of dollars) to get a bunch of them, but still, they're just so much better than everything else. I'm pretty new to the game so maybe I'm missing something, but I just don't see a point to using any other dragon if I can replace it with a Nadder. |

Nadders are one of the bigger collectors but at the same time they also search for way less time than most other dragons.... its a good idea to level up some of the ones who can search longer (monstrous nightmares, changewings, whispering deaths, etc) who don't collect quite as much per hour but can go for much longer, so that when you're sleeping or away from the game for a while you are still pulling in a pretty good amount of items. also the stormcutter can collect wood at 36.8k/hr at level 50 and the boneknapper can collect both wood and fish at 51.3k at level 50, but those come way later in the game and I imagine they are very expensive to level up (I don't have either atm) |

Oh, that's what I'm missing. I wasn't aware that other dragons appear later on in the game, I was just going by what I could see. That explains it, thanks! |

Yep! Scauldy right now searches for 14 hours... I pretty much send him off for the day and he's set, haha. The Boneknapper and Stormcutter DO have very high hourly collection rates, buuut they don't search for very long. Also, they get BIG when you level them up. |

Np, I think the game automatically adds more dragon options when you level toothless up, there might be even more powerful ones after stormcutter but I can't see them yet ![]() |

I have Toothless maxed out, and I think the last one to show up was the Rumblehorn. |

Really? My game is saying that the rumblehorn requires level 42 toothless and the stormcutter is level 49. I only have toothless at level 36 right now, I'm stuck because I haven't found a single egg in over a week. Astrid has been bothering me about putting a Hotburple on Berk for who knows how long now, haha. Have you almost finished the game? |
