I'm really looking forward to seeing the development of the characters and their different relationships with one another. I'm also excited to get to know the new characters (especially Valka) and the new types of dragons. For some reason I'm really really really looking foward to seeing Timberjack and maybe even a Snaptrapper. I'm hoping Hiccup has an personal encounter with at least one of these dragons (probably Timberjack) as I'd really like to get to know these dragons better  I'm also hoping for more of the Twins as they are probably my favourite characters next to Hiccup!

I want to see Valka left as a paste on the ground, killed after revealing her evil to the world. I'll settle for her just dying, so that her poisonous influence can be left out of the third film. But I'm not getting my hopes up for that, either. |

Number of times I've watched the trailer: 18. My pet peeve: people who refer to complete strangers by their first name. The correct ways to refer to a "John Smith" whom you have never met are Smith, Mr Smith, or John Smith. Not "John". He's not your buddy. | |

The first thing I thought after I've read this comment was "Who would write such things?". Then I checked your signature and "Oh, say no more." Your opinion of Valka is completly different from everyone else here and that's good. When everyone would see the movie through rose-colored glasses, the discussions would be really boring. I'm also not happy with Valka, the whole "abducted from family, son finds his lost mother and now they are united forever"-thing is in my opinion a bit to trivial for a movie in this status. |

Yeah so far from the trailers it doesn't seem like there is much on Ruff And Tuff and Snotlout. From rumours it sounds like Ruff will have a feature with Eret, and Snotlout and Fishlegs fight for her, but what about Tuff. Just a comic relief? |

Well, there's not much to be happy about in regards to this film at the moment. My drawing skills are even worse than my singing skills. So yeah, that's not going to happen. I'll gladly make any good artwork of such a thing the wallpaper on my laptop and my iPad, though. Thank you for your understanding. And yeah, that particular aspect of her character is one of my many, many problems with her. |

I note that you don't, to the best of my knowledge, make similar comments to people who have declared their love for Valka. In the end, their reactions are much like mine: logical extrapolations from what we know. What other people like about Valka, I have no idea, but to be able to like Valka is not, in principle, unreasonable from what we know. |

Dude I don't care if people like her or dislike her. Everyone is going to have their own gut reaction to a character. I'm not saying you can't feel anything towards her until you see the movie. What bothers me is when you roll out this list of all the things wrong with her and most of them are based on your own assumptions yet you go parading them around like they're fact. Your assumptions are just that- assumptions. Nothing you assume about her is valid until you've seen the movie and have concrete evidence to back yourself up, you're just blowing hot air and pretending like its wise insight. |
