I really like "Where No One Goes". I'd never listened to Jonsi before HTTYD (as is probably the case for most members) but afterwards I've come to love all his stuff including this song.

When I listened to "Sticks And Stones", I instantly loved it. I'm an avid bass player (as my title suggests) so I instantly learned it on my bass. So I was slightly disappointed when I listened to "Where No One Goes" as there isn't much bass to, well, need a bass player to play. Nonetheless, I think it'll be played quite a bit :3

I agree that mixing orchestral music with synthed basses wouldn't be my first port of call but after playing with an orchestral for the first time a while back with my bass guitar, I can hear the "art" or "beauty" for lack of a better word. I think it works well :3
I challenge you to be lazier than me!

I didn't like Jónsi since I've seen HTTYD for the first time. I've never liked this post-rock/pop style.

The title song from the Croods "Shine your way" by Owl City uses also the melody of the actual score, but in my opinion they did a so much better job than Jónsi with "Where no one goes".

Awh. I thought you'd like Jonsi. Oh well.
There are some things that bugged me with Jonsi. His constant use of a like "falsetto" or just high-pitched singing used to make just skip straight to the next song but it's kinda grown on me now.

I'm not familiar with "Shine Your Way", I'll give it a listen and see if I like it :3

I've loved Jonsi since the first film and in my opinion, his album is wonderful.
I usually detest all pop, but his music seems a bit more alternative and it's actually quite good. I find it calming :3
His album is less like Sticks and Stones and more Go Do and Where No One Goes, so if you like them, I would say atleast give it a try.

I equally love Where No One Goes as it has some HTTYD themes in it with a Jonsi feel (: lovely mix

I don't like Where No One Goes because it just sounds bad compared to Sticks and Stones (which I actually like) but whatever. Hopefully it sounds better in the movie.

Thanks, ToothlessWorship, I chose it especially for that reason :D Sometimes I just sit and watch it with music in the background and for some reason it goes really well with whatever song I'm listening to, Thor only knows why :D

Also love the song Two New Alphas! At the end when it's kind of gentle and quiet I like to imagine a scene where the whole village is in the Great Hall and Stoick is making Hiccup the Chief of Berk. And just as the music is louder (about fifteen seconds from the end I think) Stoick places a fur cape like his on Hiccup's shoulders and says "I name you, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third, Chief of Berk and the Hairy Hooligans!" and then Hiccup turns round and looks at his people.
