Imax or RealD-3D?

I definitely WANT to see it in IMAX, but I'm having trouble finding anywhere near NYC that's playing it in IMAX. 3D or not. :/
If you go to the IMAX site when you should be able to make it show IMAX 3D only screenings. At least, you can on the UK site.

Yeah, I tried that. No dice. Apparently, IMAX doesn't think that we deserve to see it in that format over here. :(

Yep, as far as I know, they aren't doing IMAX 3D in the US. But don't give up hope -- the first one came into IMAX later on in the run, which is how I saw it. So maybe that will happen this time.

I only went to IMAX once and I could see the double image on the screen for 90% of the movie. A total waste of money. Sound was really good though. 3D is a waste of money in general IMO.

Theres a soft spot in IMAX cinemas where you should get the full 3D experience if you sit there.
