Are you sure about this? I just went on Google Play and that track is included in the album, so unless the UK counts are North-Europe, I think this may in fact simply be a European exclusive (Of course, I could be totally wrong here)

EDIT: Okay, so a bit of googling shows that the UK IS part of Northern Europe.
