I don't get why you all dislike it so much?? Have you never seen a cat do something like that when they're startled? I think its cute and fits with all of the other cat-like things toothless does. |

I know it is something a cat would do and toothless does a lot of cat stuff . And the animation is hilarious. I just don't see toothless as a dragon who gets that scared |

While I don't know the context of the screenshot (and I'm not sure if the commercial makes it clearer - my download limit is currently pathetic, so I haven't seen this commercial), the concern that I have, and that other people seem to share, is that this turns Toothless into a joke for the sake of, well, a cheap joke that isn't that funny. Toothless certainly used to be a badass, and when faced with a threat, would either stand his ground or go on the attack. This just makes him look like a coward, and given that he's currently looking to be nigh-on useless in his own movie, this doesn't help at all. |

Number of times I've watched the trailer: 18. My pet peeve: people who refer to complete strangers by their first name. The correct ways to refer to a "John Smith" whom you have never met are Smith, Mr Smith, or John Smith. Not "John". He's not your buddy. | |

Even if you think that I cannot be convinced of anything (and you'd be very mistaken in that belief, but that's another matter), I don't seem to be alone on this one, at the very least. |

Yeah I'm gonna pass. It's your opinion, and you're entitled to think what you want to think, I'm just saying I'm not surprised at all that you are joining the chorus of negativity. And I hope I'm not the only one who sees the irony in you claiming I'd be "very mistaken" about you never being able to admit you're wrong about anything. |

I highly doubt Toothless will prove to be "useless" in this movie. He's a bit different now than he was in the first because he's been around humans for so long. But underneath, he's still a Night Fury and I'm sure that nature is never very far from the surface. |
