For those wondering, I know that in Australia, you can just by the toys from Happy Meals if you ask specifically. It may get some odd looks (though the ones I got last time may have had more to do with the fact that I was getting My Little Pony toys at the time), but I'm pretty sure most of us can deal with that.

Back on topic, I'm sure they'll release the DVD in plenty of time for Christmas, so I doubt it will be later than November.
Number of times I've watched the trailer: 18.

My pet peeve: people who refer to complete strangers by their first name. The correct ways to refer to a "John Smith" whom you have never met are Smith, Mr Smith, or John Smith. Not "John". He's not your buddy.

Yeah I think you can here too for £1 or so.
I remember doing that a lot when I was younger to complete the sets of toys xD

Maybe not in the USA, but without any doubts they will be available in some other countries in November.

Well, if they plan to release the DVD on the 11th of November, then I imagine the advertising campaign will go something like this:

"How to Train Your Dragon 2 - the next best thing to world peace."

Hopefully soon. I really would like to treasure it forever in my arms.

Aside from that, if they released a VCD version of HTTYD2, I think I won't know how to react to that. Because A. I would be able to get HTTYD2 for a price so cheap, you can by a McDonloads meal at that price. B. I would have to sit through the worst version officially released every time I watch it, with the worst audio and resolution quality. Or C. Why would anyone release a film on VCDs these days?!
