I'm up near Redwood City now (it's where my parents live), but I have to come back here next month to have surgery. I'll be feeling pretty bummed out, so would definitely be up for going again with people if anyone would care for a repeat viewing.

I'm traveling the week after HTTYD 2 comes out, but after that I'll be back in California again and, after some time without dragons, will probably be ready to meet up and see the movie again! Are you going to be able to come to the meet-up in Cupertino on the 12th? nfpuppeteer said there will be commemorative dragon necklaces! |

No -- I'm going with a group to the theatre at Universal CityWalk in LA on the 12th! But otherwise I would totally come, it sounds like a fun time! But hopefully people will still want to go next month, because I'll need a distraction. Five weeks of recovery time, eugh! |

I have no clue how many right now. There are a lot of people on Dragonmeet around the area, though. Once we're completely settled on a location (probably Cupertino), I'll start contacting them to see if they want to come to our meet-up. It's hard to beat seeing the double feature with people who worked on the film.  Aww, too bad you can't come. Seeing it another time when you're over here would be fun, though! I'm only seeing it twice so far, and I'm pretty twice is not enough dragons for me. |

Okay! Let's go with Cupertino! I'll go buy my ticket too! I'm making a list of everyone who is coming now! I believe there are maybe four or five people on this thread (including me) who can come. There are also two people who contacted me on Tumblr and of course there are the Dragonmeet people in the area who I will talk to tomorow and see how many of them want to join in. |
