I think Zer0x made a good point. I hope that DW is using their time wisely and can get quality work done in that shortened time.
I understand her (his?) point but I'm worried about how they can storyboard, record, previs., ect HTTYD3 and make it beautiful in just two years...
That's what I meant.

Even if Dean has only technically started writing, he obviously has a general idea where he wants to go since he's mentioned his vision for the ending, and that Drago was worked into trilogy earlier than originally planned in various interviews. Between that, and the fact that the animation probably won't need a complete overhaul between films this time around, I don't think the two year time frame necessitates a rushed product.

Obviously I want to see HTTYD 3 as soon as possible, but I hope they don't feel the need to rush it and I think they should concentrate on the quality of the film rather than the impatience of the viewers ;)

Yes I do like dragons if you're wondering. Doesn't seem like it from my profile pic n signature, I know, but I do.

I just realised something, if HTTYD 3 comes out in 2017/2018.... I would be as old as most of you guys.....
i'm not very active anymore!! it's sad, but i'll come back sometimes to feel nostalgic ahaha
