But, I am confused on how they just got rid of the dragon eye, do you think it will come back

No, I don't. We don't see the Dragon Eye in HTTYD 2, and everyone knows that RTTE is a precursor to that. Besides, how do they get it back? It fell into a volcano. It's made of wood, glass (the lense), and some metal (the gears and mechanisms). No way it survived that
Engineer and Pyromaniac. What's not to love?
