Man the expressions were amazing in this short! But the 2D threw me off when I first watched it and I didn't like it all that much.

Yeah, the 2D really doesn't do it for me. I also dislike that it almost borders on magic. Part of why I find the Dragons franchise so attractive is because it's almost believable that it actually happened in the past. Throw in magic, and it loses that special spark. :/
