Thoughts on Homecoming?

I loved it! <3 I particularly liked the characterizations of Zephyr, Hiccup, and Toothless.

It was so touching, especially since it leads into THW's epilogue.

It seemed a bit rushed—it could have been better if it were ten minutes longer, I think, to allow for fewer snap decisions.

Gobber was weird. He was overdone and inconsistent with his character from before, it seems.

Overall, I'd say that the story itself wasn't overly amazing, but it was played off well and made emotional and enjoyable (same as I feel about movies 2 and 3). Where the plot fell flat, a few characterizations made up for it.

And Fishlegs's Stoick impression! Loved it!

Essentially, I agree. The one thing I didn't like about it was how humanized the Dusk Furies' behavior was. But yeah, overall, it was good.
