Anyone got thoughts on book 12? I think Hiccup will beat Alvin in the end but who knows....

Well, he /is/ able to write the books at 76 years old, so yeah, he's alive. If he's Alvin's slave / prisoner, I don't think he'd be able to write.

i think book 12 will have more character deaths maybe Wodensfang and Furious? Alvin has 99 lives, i doubt he'll die  ) |

Cressida did mention in How to Steal a Dragon's Sword that she feared Hiccup had something to do with the dragon's disappearance. Now with the jewel in the picture, I have a bad feeling it will be used. And possibly, by Hiccup himself Buuuuut.... That probably just me being negative. It's a children's book for goodness sake |

Yep there was a topic specifically for it here ( http://forums.berksgrapevine.com/topic/11031106/1/#new ) actually. Nothing to much was said but it was definitely cool to get that small tidbit ahead of time from the book. |
